Description
iPhone XS Max has a 6.5-inch all-screen Super Retina display. The back is glass, and there's a stainless steel band around the frame. The side button is on the right side of the device. There are 12MP wide-angle and telephoto cameras on the back. There's a Quad-LED True Tone flash on the back and a SIM tray on the right side that holds a "fourth form factor" (4FF) nano-SIM card. The IMEI is etched on the SIM tray.

I loved this phone the second I got my hands on it. At first I was terrified of purchasing it because of the bad reviews. People said they got cracked phones, malfunctioning ones and even fake ones. But finally, I mustered up the courage and bought it. It came fully functional and authentic, with all but one of the promised things. It came with a replaced battery that is not an apple supplied one. Because of that I’m unable to check the battery health, but I don’t mind. In the long run I think it’s better cuz I'm not stressing myself out over the number getting low. The battery on this XS Max is really good even though it’s not an apple product. It hold up for most of the day and as a slightly heavy user, I only find myself plugging it in to charge in the evening times or when i go to sleep. Moving on, it did come with a few scuff marks on the sides and top of the phone. I didn’t mind this one but because I had already planned to slap this powerhouse directly into a case as soon as I got it. I’m a notorious phone breaker so I had to for my sanity. And because of that, I don’t mind the scuffs for: 1: The description did say the phone could have minor scuff marks that can’t be seen at arms length. and 2: I threw a case on the phone right as i got it so yea. Lastly. The screen was beautiful and untouched by any scratches. It even came with a screen protector preinstalled, thank God. But yea, all in all this was a great buy. 9/10, would definitely recommend <3

Love the phone always wanted one and that’s why I bought it . Ended up having to give to my brother cause he needed a phone but I loved it while I had it in 2026 it’s still useable but because of the fact that updates will not be continued you will have troubles using many apps

So I ordered this phone in early January, using it rn to type this! i've been using it for about 3+ weeks now. I was pretty hesitant buying from amazon renewed since i’ve never purchased their refurbished products before. Before this phone i had been using an iPhone 7 plus for about 3 years so this definitely was a huge change! packaging: i do want to add amazon said it would take about a week to come with amazon prime but it came about 2 days early, which was really good. This phone came nicely packaged with a box from the company. They also provided a charger (an off brand one but it worked just fine) i purchased the rose gold with 64gb. I did realize this was the lowest amount of storage but i was coming from 128gb that was way too much for me, so this was definitely the perfect amount, not too little at all. Just the overall look of this phone is really nice and aesthetically pleasing. I really love how the screen takes up the whole phone and just looks really sleek and nice. This phone came with no scratches from what i could tell and looked in perfect condition. Face Id is also a really nice feature that works so quickly compared to touch ID. overall the price isn’t the cheapest but it’s definitely worth it in the long run. In my opinion, this is one of the best iphones to date (even better than the 11) and if you’re hesitant to buy this phone i would say just go for it because it’s by far the best phone i’ve had (((:

PHONE WAS DEFECTIVE AND DIED SHORTLY AFTER RETURN WINDOW CLOSED

I bought the phone on October 26, 2024. It looked to be in like new condition so originally I was happy with the purchase. Within a couple weeks it started giving me black screen where the phone was on and working but the screen was black and I couldn't use it at all. I contacted Amazon and they connected me to The Networkstore who said they were willing to give me a PARTIAL REBATE which would not help at all since I would still need a new phone and it's clear to me that this phone was defective before I ever received it. The next morning the phone was back working normally and so (dummy me) I let it go. Long story short, the phone got worse and worse, taking longer to "fix itself" until right after the return date ended in 3 months the phone screen started flashing and going to black screen even worse and by January, the phone was mostly unusable. 3 months. Now it's just completely dead. The Networkstore told me when I first contacted them (when the black screen first happened) that if it continues happening, they would be willing to help (along with the PARTIAL REFUND). After the return date expired and I again contacted them, they told me that they only meant they would help me get the screen working again. I had already tried everything possible. It's clearly a damaged phone not a software problem. The phone is dead and nothing short of a replacement will fix this. I did nothing to damage the phone. It was put in a full case the minute it was unpacked and was never dropped or mistreated in any way. For the most part it just sat on my desk in my office. It's obvious to me that this phone was ready to go out when they sold it. I know buying a refurbished phone is a risk but I think we should be able to assume that any parts that could go bad have been replaced so although it is a used phone, the parts that can go bad have been replaced. This company obviously does not do that and I will never use them again. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company at all but if you do buy from them and your phone starts acting strange, contact them immediately and demand to return the phone. If you wait, you will lose your chance and will have wasted your money.

I used the Apple iPhone XS Max 64GB unlocked (renewed) and it still performs well for everyday use. The screen is large and clear. The 6.5 inch display makes browsing, videos, and social media easy to view. Colors stay sharp and the OLED panel still looks solid compared to newer phones. Performance handles basic tasks without issues. Calls, apps, and messaging run smoothly. It can slow down with heavy apps or newer updates, but for normal use it stays stable.

I love it.
The XS max is my favorite model iPhone. Works like a charm. I would’ve had it on the same night but I had to get a physical SIM card. Anywho I went into the store had the phone on in 5 minutes
