Purchased with used option. Phone did not include a sim. Phone only allows activation wizard to be used. Tried SIM I bought separately from TotalWireless, says SIM not supported. Additionaly tried Verizon and Redpocket SIMs not supported either. It's Carrier locked to some unknown carrier. Cannot view imei as it's only visible in Settings (not imprinted outside phone), and phone is stuck in activation wizard. I cannot activate or use phone, so returned. Would not recommend.

It's a SE that I've used for a little over a year now. It's running strong! However, I would not recommend buying off of this particular seller if you don't know how to unlock the carrier (I did it myself). A lot of people here seem to have a issue with the seller and the carrier

I was unable to activate the phone on Total Wireless as they said it was not on their network. I am returning the locked to an unknown network phone to Amazon and have ordered one directly from Total Wireless to avoid further headaches for all involved. I got the SIM not compatible error other reviewers got despite the fact that I tried two brand new Total Wireless SIM cards. Neither of which were included, which was strange as they have been with previous Total Wireless purchases. Be careful ordering this if you intend to use it on the advertised carrier. You might be able to avoid a headache and chunk of change being tied up in returns. Nice phone though.

Hello, I was finally able to visit a Verizon store and this phone is of no use to me, so can someone please assist? Again, I was just able to get in and can't is there anything Verizon can do. Apparently, the phone isn't supported by Verizon. They are not sure why, but we are getting a "SIM not supported" issue. I talked to tech support and went into the store as well. I am very disappointed as this was a big purchase for me and I thought it was legit.

Ordered a total wireless iPhone so it would work with my total wireless account. The iPhone Is locked and have spent over 3 hours talking between Amazon support and Apple support. Amazon ended up sending me to a utube video for unlocking iPhone. That didn’t work at all because it is a new phone and can not get to Settings or anything else so can not follow any of the instructions. It’s all been a big mess. The phone was originally lost in the mail and I did get a refund for the phone. Then, phone showed up at post office and they notified me to come pick it up. Called Amazon to let them know it arrived and they thanked me for my honesty and told me to just keep the phone pretty nice but as I said I have been setting on phone for over three hours trying to get it activated with no luck. Hate to throw phone out but doesn’t do much good if can not be activated. Why sell a phone to someone that is locked and can not be activated.

The SIM card from total wireless is not supported. I called apple and they had me call total. I called total and they said that I had to call apple. I am stuck in limbo between the two companies with a phone that cannot be activated. Update: I took the phone to a local retailer and paid to have the IMEI researched. The phone was locked to Criket Wireless instead of Total. Once I got the appropriate sim card installed the phone functioned properly. I changed from a one star to a three star review because the phone words perfectly with a Criket sim card.

This phone came with no SIM card and did not work for the carrier it claimed to work for. There was no way to return it and Amazon’s customer service was of no help. If you want to flush your money down the toilet then order this. Otherwise don’t. The only way for me to proceed is to report this as the fraud it is. Buyer be aware!!
