Purchased with used option. Phone did not include a sim. Phone only allows activation wizard to be used. Tried SIM I bought separately from TotalWireless, says SIM not supported. Additionaly tried Verizon and Redpocket SIMs not supported either. It's Carrier locked to some unknown carrier. Cannot view imei as it's only visible in Settings (not imprinted outside phone), and phone is stuck in activation wizard. I cannot activate or use phone, so returned. It's a SE that I've used for a little over a year now. It's running strong! However, I would not recommend buying off of this particular seller if you don't know how to unlock the carrier (I did it myself). A lot of people here seem to have a issue with the seller and the carrier

After a good number of hours spent talking with Total Wireless and Apple customer service, I was told that the phone I received was not locked to any specific provider, but came with "US Reseller Flex Policy." Prior to receiving this information, I had purchased a SIM card from Total Wireless, which I was told should have been included in the iPhone packaging if this phone was actually locked to Total Wireless. I have tried two of these phones and neither one works. Neither one can with a sim card so had to buy new, tried 2 different SIM cards on the first phone and 3 different SIm cards on the 2nd. this is a complete was of $ and Time. DO NOT BUY. Will not work with total wireless

Box was empty when recieved. No phone inside. Upon receiving replacement, phone is unusable. I can't start it without activation, and it did not come with a sim despite the description saying it does. Barely useful as a paperweight ... Do not buy.

I would give this zero stars if I could. It did not come with the SIM card kit and couldn’t set it up. Had a replacement sent and again no SIM card. Tried to buy one separately and it wouldn’t work. Sent it back. It was a great disappointment because it was a gift.
