This phone is in excellent condition with zero scratches or dings. I examined the entire phone with a magnifying glass and the only negative was a tiny amount of lint(?) in the charging port - the only evidence that it had been used. I had the SE 2020 for the past almost five years, and loved the phone. Unfortunately, I managed to smash the screen in a freak accident. I was ready to purchasing a brand new 15 thinking that was what I should do, but I came to my senses and thought why? I use my phone for texts and calls mostly, and for taking pictures and some internet searches, and the old phone suited my needs just fine. I like the home button format on the SE, and I don't like having to swipe for everything on the other iPhones. Also, I carry my phone in my pockets on a daily two hour dog walk through very rough desert terrain, so it is exposed to dust, sand, heat, sweat, etc., and it endures all of that and then some. So, I "upgraded" to a SE2022 and went with an Amazon refurbished premium in red, because red was another twenty dollars less (who cares about color?). I got a better phone for half the price of a new one. I have been using it for 24 hours and it is like I never missed a beat. The SIM card transfer and iCloud download was easy and relatively quick - all my data was there, so very little set up was required. The battery health says 94%, which is better than the 83% that was on my old phone last time I checked it before the accident, so I assume it will take a couple of years or so to get this one down to that level, and I wasn't bothered by the old phones performance with the low battery. I am an old guy who doesn't live on a phone like younger people do, so paying a thousand bucks or so for a bunch of features I would never utilize doesn't make any sense. With a little hesitation. being retired you quickly learn to be skeptical, I ordered this unit with Kanga Supply as the seller and coming from Amazon. To my surprise I was very surprised when it arrived. My eyes may be aging but I could not see and defect or scratches anywhere even on the screen which came with a protective clear covering and all accessories were included. Set up was easy, the battery life still says 100% and running fine. I've had it for several weeks and all went well. No problem switching the Sim card as well. This was to replace the original Apple SE I have and to go with the Apple SE 2020 I have. The Original was to be given to my wife but come to find out, even though it is in perfect condition as well will not work with the apple watch we gave her for Mothers day so I swapped her out and took back the original and gave her the 2020. Eventually I will come back and shop again with the Amazon renewed premium and look for Kanga and a 12 or 13 mini 256gb. I really like the smaller phones fits into my pocket sweetly. Maybe they'll look into giving me a break on another one haha -- would be sweet, it seems like SSI dollars are not holding their value. One Question, this phone is in Excellent condition and health and a new model --it holds a 1 year warranty but why does apple care + reject covering it? Thanks for answering, maybe you can share how to fix that dilemma which is not Amazon or the Sellers fault. In Conclusion I, as you read above, would buy again from this seller and recommend them and Amazon renewed Premium any day of the week. Phone is great, works well, and has great multi-day battery life for how it is used (occasional checks of a notification or phone call). If used as GPS navigation or running intense games, then battery life is good, but not amazing, and it gets warm. Purchased because it is the last of the Touch ID phones, and facial recognition sucks, especially if you're trying to unlock the device while driving to respond to a message with siri or similar. It is exactly what you should expect for the phone, so check out reviews and comparisons. As for the refresh, the phone itself was great. But it said it came with EarPods (it didn't) and a power adapter (it didn't), in addition to the lightning cable. One could argue that this is what the new Apple version comes with, but then the lightning cable would be USB-C, rather than the older USB-A...and that isn't what the description said. ... show more

Received my iPhone SE yesterday and, honestly, I had anxiety the whole time I was opening the package, not knowing what to expect from buying a used phone online without seeing it. First things first, it was immaculately packaged! It was placed in a foam little bag, inside of a tight little box, inside of another bigger box. When I opened it, it looked like a brand new phone straight from the Apple Store. Not one scratch, dent, or damage visible. I inspected it very closely and didn’t find not ONE blemish in the entire phone. So I turned it on, and to my surprise the battery was at 100% health! It looks and functions as new. I’m so happy with it! I’ll be using it solely in the house for the next few weeks to see if it’ll hold up the battery health, as I’ve read some used phones show 90-100% only to decline with a few charges. If that happens, I’ll update the review. I haven’t fully set up the phone because it’s a Christmas present for someone else, so if I come to any issues once she sets it up I’ll also update the review. But so far, so good! ... show more
