Amazing!!! The phone works like new! Just a small reminder: it might likely require signature on delivery which was really frustrating for a while… other than that. Amazing phone, looks and work like new. Battery life was at 100% Small clarification: i see someone complained in another review about unlocked phones not working worldwide. My girl has not had any issues with this phone and she had it for a bit. it was really easy to transfer everything from her old iPhone to this one. It’s very easy especially when you already have an iPhone. No complaints at all the battery last awhile. Definitely buy it. Highly recommended

DO NOT BUY! THEY ARE LYING!!! In the product Description it Says the unlocked device is compatible with any phone carrier. That is a bold face lie and they even told me.. my phone carrier told me that the imei number that’s with the phone isn’t connected to the device and all I need to do is contact The seller and they could fix that easily. But upon contacting the seller they immediately ask me which carrier I was trying to connect.. METRO PCS… then they continue to tell me that it’s actually a problem on metros side where customers have been complaining about Not being able to connect to metro… BOOM. So now I’m praying my return package gets back to the seller safely so I can get my refund of nearly $900.00 usd . Complete waste of time and energy. From the jump the entire process was a Crock of bullcrap. The day of delivery I’m home waiting for my Package and turn around and there’s a note on my Door but no knock ever came.. the note said to pick it up. I call Amazon they tell me it will be RE- DELIVERED the following Monday. So I wait the the long weekend and wait up all day. Around 8pm I go to the ups tracking app and it says to pick up but in Amazon app it says out for delivery. No estimated time of drop off nothing. As a Person who works at night. It was severely inconvenient having to wait up all day instead of getting rest after work just for my package to not be delivered… and then to receive a product that yes it unlocks and connect to iCloud but doesn’t do the one thing you need… call, text or even FaceTime. Complete and utter waste of Time and money.. false advertising and a lot of Runnaround… if the phones have issues connecting to a certain carrier I feel like you shouldn’t list that carrier in your product description as compatable when it’s not… it’s a bold face lie. If I could give 0 stars I would… I even went as far as to record myself repackaging and taping the product before sending it off just incase they try to say I damaged the product. Because if you can lie about something as little as being compatable with a carrier u could lie about anything. Over all it diminishes the integrity of the company and the trust customers have. I will never buy a product from this specific company again.

I was afraid to get this from Amazon's certified refurbished brand, but it was a great deal for what I got. I'm writing this when I received the phone in February 2026, I can see that it was made in July of 2025, and I can see it was turned on for the first time in October of 2025. The battery capacity is at 100%, and everything else on the phone looks and acts like it's brand new. I've had zero issues.

Description says Iphone is unlocked but my carrier says the phone is locked and was reported lost/stolen. I wanted to contact the seller directly to see if there’s some kind of misunderstanding, but there’s nowhere to do so. I contacted apple care they said the esim is not locked to a carrier, called my carrier to transfer my number they said its locked to Verizon, the phone settings say there isnt a carrier lock. called Verizon verizon said its not locked by the esim but the phoen itself was reported lost/stolen and is unrecoverable. Verizon said if they had a block on it they can just remove the block but since it was reported lost/stolen theres nothing else that can be done
