I purchased a White iPhone 17 (256 GB) from the Amazon Renewed Store in 'Renewed Premium" condition. The iPhone arrived quickly, in a white box with the iPhone and a generic USB-C cable. The phone was in pristine cosmetic condition, with less than one full charge cycle on the battery. The Hardware Test showed that the phone contained all original parts, which is always a concern when buying 'used' iPhones. Overall, a great purchase. The one important point to note is that unlike other used iPhones that may have the remainder of the original Apple Warranty, these Amazon Renewed iPhone have NO Apple Warranty whatsoever. Apple confirmed that although my iPhone was manufactured less than 5 months ago, it had no warranty at all, which made no sense at all. I have no idea where Amazon is getting these iPhones from. The set up is never easy for me. I followed the directions but always seem to hit some sort of a glitch or another and have to call Tech Support. Once I’m done with that I did have a couple things that didn’t transfer completely and had to jump through a little hoops to get that set, but I do really like the phone and I like the size of it. I was getting worried that they kept making the phones bigger and bigger and it doesn’t fit good in your pocket or your purse unless you have a big storage area. Some of the features I’m just starting to learn and they’re kind of fun and some are helpful and some are a little fancy and I will probably never use, but it’s great to have it. All in all I’m very happy with the phone. The best thing to do when you get one is just look on YouTube and find little tips. I found one useful tip to make the screen go dark once it’s in sleep mode. Otherwise, the screen stayed a very dull color like a low light, but still showed your screen and notifications which I’d rather just look at those when I want to and not have it showing all the time on the phone. And that’s done in settings very easy two seconds and everything is great. I opted for the refurbished Premium, which is a little more expensive but it’s practically like getting a new phone. I’m very happy with it and still it’s at least half price of what it would be if it was brand new and I just don’t feel like wasting any more money on brand new phones I would definitely recommend ... show more

Package arrived in good condition. Extremely difficult time switching from iphone SE to this iphone 17, it just wouldn't recognize the quickstart. A whole other problem getting the esim transferred. Again it would not recognize the 'transfer from nearby phone' option and had to do it from the carrier website. Very painful few hours, but iphone 17 seems to be working okay now.
