I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was able to purchase this 1TB model cheaper than the iPhone 18 pro max’s 512GB model. The only differences are the processor, cooling and variable aperture feature. This product is a good value for money. Battery life is excellent and has no charge cycles. $1,500 iPhone With a Defective Button — Seller Offered Only $15

I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max for approximately $1,500, expecting a premium device in proper working condition. Unfortunately, the phone initially had a carrier-unlock issue, and the side/power button feels unusually stiff and lacks normal tactile feedback. Although the unlock issue was eventually resolved, the button issue remains unresolved. After contacting the seller and explaining the problem, they did not offer to repair or replace the phone. Instead, they offered me a $15 credit on a $1,500 purchase. That is honestly insulting considering the price of the device and the nature of the issue. A $15 credit does absolutely nothing to address a potential hardware defect. I should not have to accept a malfunctioning button on a phone that costs this much. I understand that this was a pre-owned device, but pre-owned should not mean defective. I expected better quality control and customer service. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller based on how my complaint was handled. ... show more
