It was getting pretty warm when I was setting it up and charging it , aside from that the phone is working great and looks BRAND NEW (even came with screen protector not one scratch) . It was actually hardly used and I still have limited warranty until May of 2026. No parts have been replaced and I don’t have any weird parts and services pop ups. I think I hit the jackpot with this seller, it was a great value and they are great communication wise when I didn’t get it next day shipping as payed for. Thankfully it came the day after so it wasn’t too bad. Only con is the third part charger it came with , and no brick . Highly recommend them though . ... show more

Guys, this phone has been talked to death. All I can say is that in the “value for the money” arena, it’s on my short list of times I haven’t gotten hosed. The phone was in perfect condition, unused, as-new condition on arrival, it’s still that way. Flawless. Perfect. Battery had 7 cycles on it. It screams through everything I’ve put to it. The screen is beautiful. The images are amazing. I was looking at some neon stained critters against the perfect blackness and I said “Wow” out loud. I order a new case and screen protectors whenever I buy a phone. Sometimes I order them way before. I won’t use the phone until it’s protected. Always a screen protector. I go through lots. I’ve been using glass but for years I used the Robo-Armor-something rubber stuff they use on helicopter blades. It covers the entire phone. Then I’d drop it in a good case and I never had to replace the stuff. It can take a million scratches and they’re gone come morning, if not immediately. I’m babbling. It’s because I’m thrilled. Wow. I’m purty durn tickled with this iPhone 16e. I upgraded from a 11pro which I really liked but got tired of that stupid lightning charger. This phone has usb-c!!!!! I purchased (2) iPhone 16e unlocked phones. They were shipped quickly and both included a clean new charging cable. Basically what you'd get from Apple. #1 had 3 battery cycles (less than a week of use!) with a first use of 10/2025. The body was perfect, but the screen has a pretty deep scratch from likely car keys. Once I slapped a screen protector on it's basically a brand new phone with a noticeable but insignificant blemish. #2 had 127 battery cycles with a first use of 3/2025. The body and screen are both perfect. While having significant more use, it still has over 90% life left as these batteries are made to last over 1000 cycles. Battery shows 100% health still. Overall, for the cost savings, I am happy with the purchase. Saving a 1/3 of the cost per phone for minor imperfections and use seems like a great bargain if you don't care about having the latest and greatest. The 16e is a huge upgrade to our well used iPhone 12 mini and 11 Pro. Should I have any issues in the near future I'll be sure to update my review. ... show more

$600 phone new, I bought renewed in “good” condition and feel it was a great deal at $200 off. Battery was 100% with only 4 cycles and was first used in July (purchased in October). Pretty much a new phone. Screen did have some minor scratches, but nothing distracting after installing a screen protector. Frame and rear of phone look like new. Overall I think “good” was an accurate description of the condition. The 16E is a great phone. So much better than the SE it replaced, and if you buy renewed it’s around the same price that one was. Can’t beat that. My wife likes the simplicity and compact size while it still has a really good camera and nice screen with faceID (which her SE did not). Overall a good value, with plenty of power to be future-proof. Great battery life too! ... show more

I upgraded from the iPhone SE 2020 to the iPhone 16e, and the difference is night and day. The design feels sleek and lightweight but still solid in the hand. The display is bigger, brighter, and way smoother than what I was used to, which makes streaming, gaming, and even just scrolling so much more enjoyable. Performance is incredibly fast compared to my old SE—apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, and I notice zero lag. The battery life is also a huge improvement; I can comfortably make it through a full day, which wasn’t always the case before. The camera is another major upgrade. Photos come out sharp with great color, and low-light pictures are way better than what my SE could do. It’s been fun actually wanting to take more photos. The only small downsides for me are the price (as usual with Apple) and that charging still isn’t the fastest compared to other brands. But those things don’t outweigh all the positives. Overall, coming from the iPhone SE 2020, the iPhone 16e feels like a massive step up. I’m really happy with the switch and would definitely recommend it. ... show more
