I was thoroughly surprised when I opened the box for this phone and saw that it was in nearly perfect condition. I bought the premium renewed option, and let me tell you, ZERO scratches on the screen, 1 barely visible scratch on the side and that’s it. The battery was also at 100% which I thought was insane for a renewed product, only 90 cycles (I used it for a while before writing this*). I bought this at the lowest price at could find and overlooked the excellent and good condition to save money on the "acceptable" condition and I'm SO glad that I did because it is in fact in EXCELLENT condition as far as the physical phone itself and hardware having not a single scratch or a single sign of wear and tear and I have used it for weeks now and the software is also perfectly fine with no lagging, no charging issues, no power issue with it shutting off. It probably works better than some brand new phones I have had! It also was indeed unlocked as advertised and super easy for my to setup myself and add to my current carrier. I only had to call them for help with one step in the activation process which was a breeze and probably something I could have done on my own. The phone is durable and the screen was well protected during shipping and it arrived on time.
