Ok, I’m a galaxy gal with a S25 Ultra phone. People tell me try Apple’s iPhone, and I put it off for more than 12 years. However, I do own 2 Apple Mac Minis, and I like the computers. Well, I looked up iPhones on Amazon and other sites and came across this iPhone 16 Max Pro with 8 gig ram and 1 terabyte storage for just a little over 900 dollars. A lot of money for an iPhone that’s a year old I thought. So I took the risk and made the purchase. When I got the package in the mail I hesitated even opening the box and contemplated just returning it back without giving it a chance. Well, after opening the box and charging it up, I transferred my data over to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and it worked well and fairly easy too. I still wasn’t too impressed with the iPhone just yet, but I gave it a chance. As I began using it and saw the battery life was at 98 % I thought, WOW, nice iPhone with a pretty decent battery too. I also noticed it still has an Apple warranty until March of 2026. The phone is beautiful and works great thus far, but my niece said I should get the iPhone 17 Pro Max. So I looked it up and didn’t see why I should go into a 2k debt for an iPhone 17 pro max with a 1 terabyte storage drive. After all, my iPhone 16 Pro Max still gets another 6 years of updates on the iOS software. I have to say I still have time to return this iPhone, but, right now, this is a well made and solid purchase and I feel very comfortable with it after 2 weeks of use. I still have my android Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I’m gonna keep it too, but the seller of this iPhone certainly does ship out beautiful and quality iPhones to the buyers. No scratches or dings and a great battery life too. The item arrived with great packaging and I am impressed with this seller. Now my niece with the iPhone 17 pro max with 256 gig of storage loves her phone, she’s had it for about a month now, and yes,she paid more than me and I have a 1 terabyte storage drive on mine, and her first complaint about the iPhone 17 is, the aluminum casing gets scratched up easily forcing her to get a cover so she doesn’t have to look at the scratched up case on her new iPhone. The IPhone 16 Pro Max has a titanium frame that is solid, and I do have a case over it to protect it from drops or falls. Would I recommend this iPhone and seller on Amazon. ABSOLUTELY YES! Alyssa

I usually don’t put feedback in reviews section, but I think this is important one and so I thought its important to provide a feedback so that customers can get a trustworthy product from Amazon renewed premium category, that really gives the customer the price point of value with money. I ordered my iPhone 16 pro max couple of days back and got it yesterday. I was very excited as I was getting 512GB storage with an amazon backed brand to claim that renewed premium category is like a new. Now as I received my phone, it all looks very nice and I start begin the setup as well as checked everything from the physical perspective if nothing is damaged, I didn’t notice anything major till my son noticed that of the lens on the back side camera have a small chip cut that can easily be observed in day light as well as buy touching it with finger. Anyway I proceed with complete setup, and begin testing the phone, everything looks to be fine, batter at 95% which is good. But then I majorly stuck on side camera button, which was not functional. I did some research on YouTube and google if some setting or config needs to change, and I followed all the steps but nothing works and the conclusion that some sensor or side button is damaged and not functioning properly and this is big red flag if I am spending close to 1000$ on renewed premium product and expecting it to at least work 4 to 5 years. I also want to mention that, amazon send me the lighting cable, instead of usb C cable. Anyway next morning I called customer care to report my feedback and explain all the details, my concern was not that I can’t return it or can’t get the refund. But my biggest concern was of Trust in the branding for renewed premium category of product. Because if Vendor is claiming what they are selling then it supposed to be that way. Because if I have to buy a renewed premium category product I may think twice or more before taking that decision, and I think used premium category is a big market, so seller should focus on quality and maintaining the brand and not to sell the defective product to customer and create so much frustration. But the good thing is at least Renewed premium category is claiming to return and refund upto 365 days that customer support specialist also told me to not worry and return and try order another one, because its rare that such kind of issue come, but anyway I see 11% of customers report bad experience so this matters. Anyway I am retuning this phone today with less than 14 hours of receiving, I am not sure if I will order again, because of all such a big hassle in the whole experience of waiting the product to arrive, setup everything, and test out and its all about experience how much you want to invest in that effort. I am updating my review on May 22 regarding my experience with customer service while following up on my refund. It has now been two days since my return. On May 20, I spoke with an Amazon specialist about a defective product and requested a replacement. I was advised that the best option would be to initiate a return and return at Whole Foods and that I would receive a refund within a week, after which I could place a new order. However, today, when I contacted customer support to check the status of my refund, I had a very disappointing experience. The representative was rude, yelled her voice, and informed me that the refund would take up to 30 days. So be prepare, if you get a defective product then you stuck with your money and wont be able to buy another unless you get your money back. This is one of the worst experience i had as i cant use the product that i paid for, and the money also stuck for a month, that i cant use to buy another phone She also stated that the previous information I received about a 7-day refund was incorrect. She was not willing to listen to my concerns and ended the call abruptly. I have never encountered such poor customer service from Amazon before. This experience was frustrating and does not align with Amazon’s stated commitment to being customer-obsessed.

This renewed premium model delivers much of the flagship experience at a better price point than new, but there are a few compromises worth noting. Design and Build Quality Apple’s Black Titanium finish feels exquisite and substantially more durable than glossy glass. The weight and heft feel reassuring without being cumbersome for everyday use. The Renewed Premium condition I received was impressive with no noticeable scratches or blemishes, and the device felt indistinguishable from new out of the box. The large display and premium materials maintain Apple’s reputation for class-leading industrial design. Display The Super Retina XDR display on the 16 Pro Max remains one of the best on the market. Colors are vivid, contrast is deep, and brightness is excellent even outdoors. Streaming videos and gaming on this 6.7-inch panel was immersive, and ProMotion made scrolling buttery smooth. For media consumption and productivity, it’s a standout feature that justifies the device’s flagship status. Performance With Apple’s latest silicon under the hood and a massive 1TB storage configuration, this iPhone handles everything I threw at it with ease. Apple’s long-term software support remains one of the most compelling reasons to choose an iPhone. I am a Doctor and made the decision to give this purchase a try, spending nearly $1000.00 for a used iPhone 16-plus Max, trust me I was very skeptical too say the least! Let me tell you I had it delivered on time, my husband was out in the yard when delivery came , they were asking for a password which we didn’t have, we were told to check Amazon on my phone, I went inside got my phone and checked on Amazon Prime and there was the code gave to deliver person and signed for package. That was Late on Sunday afternoon about 4:30, i brought it ( I initially hid it away out of sight of my spouse) I did so because I knew he would be furious that I’d spend $1000.00 on a used phone, today’s Wednesday three days later, I went on and called my carrier and had it added to my phone account prior to doing that, I unboxed it and to my utter surprise it was amazing. Not a scratch that I could see you on the screen anywhere, I checked the left side, the right side, even the back as you can see from the attached photos that I am attaching. It was brand new, or look to be brand new had no problems, I own an iPhone 12 plus Max and I had a Samsung note 9 already, I had them take the note 9 off and add the 16+ Max . I am happy, across the board with everything. It came very well packaged in a box as you can see, I put photo of the box it came in, if you’re on the fence about this don’t be. I’m telling you I could not be happier. I’ll come back here in a couple weeks and update everyone on how it’s working, I can tell you this it is up-to-date technology now is quite different, unlike when I did my iPhone 12 max plus, I had to get on the phone with my provider and it took about maybe 45-minutes to do everything . when I opened the box and looked at it. I set it down not thinking next to my iPhone 12 plus, I had no ideal anything would happen till I heard it kind of vibration , when I picked up the phone to look at it it was everything had transferred cause they were only sitting on the table while I went and did something else in the house so, when I come back, I could see the picture of my dog on the front of the new phone and I was like wow what happened if I didn’t know better I would’ve been like it’s gonna take me 45 minutes to an hour and that’s really why it took me three days to open it up, I just did not have time to deal with carrier and Technician for support, and all that drama with cloud and transferring data to one phone from the other. I just did not have the time to get on the phone with the (carrier) and go through all the Rigamarole so to speak . Let me tell you when I saw the dog picture on the new phone. I picked it up and I dialed my husband‘s number and it worked already which was amazing. I still called the carrier and told them and they were like what’s happening is it’s ringing from your iPhone 12+ it automatically because it’s two iPhones everything transfer over and from the note 9 so I didn’t have to do anything, but took me about maybe 10 minutes and that’s cause their system was slow to have them take the phone number off the note 9 and move it to the new iPhone 16+ and then they call me and checked everything and everything was operating fine. I am so happy again if you are on the fence, take a chance you know how great Amazon prime is. If you buy something you don’t like it you could send it back. I am tremendously pleased with this purchase, check out the photos. UPDATE: It’s exactly 2-months later after purchasing this I-Phone 16 Pro-Max, This is the best purchase Ever that I have made on Amazon as far as electronics goes, I told you how pleased I was initially with it and promised an update well…. I am even more happier now that I have had 2-months to try it out , let me tell you it is even better now, I’ve learned to navigate it because there was some differences between my 12 & this 16, as far as how it operates and what button does what but I am Loving this phone guys it is Amazing so very glad I took a chance and bought it!

My wife's iphone 13 was running out of storage at 128GB. We did not want to start paying for storage if we didn't have to. After doing quite a bit of research, we decided that an iphone 16 Pro Max with 1TB of storage was the way to go. I was hesitant to get a "renewed" phone, but since the return policy was excellent, we bought one from this seller. The quality of this phone is excellent - it is like brand new! I was fully expecting to find at least some minor scratches on it somewhere, but I can't find a single one! After using the phone for a few days, and finding no functional issues, knew we would be keeping it. We wanted to give it some screen protection, so we took it to our local independent phone store and had a screen protector installed (it did not come with one). So far, there are zero issues with this renewed phone! My wife loves it. With the 1TB of storage, it should last for many years to come. We would definitely buy from this seller again.
