No manual of instructions, a nughtmare to operate, Wanted me to open an account with a week later at 6:45Apple in order to download apps, this was a second nightmare, as when you are inputing youe password there is no way to see what ymou are writting , if you input a mistaken letter or number there is no way for you to know it. Then if that happens next time your password will fail , then comes the real problem , if you press "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" they lock your account for several day untit they call you. In my case they callled at 6:45 AM when I was asleep. After 2 weeks of nightmare I returned to my old Android phone and will not tuch again an Apple devise again ... show more

Completely a waste. Had for only a week and the motherboard in the phone went bad. I had to take it somewhere and they sent it up to apple. So apple is sending me a new one.
