I got the 16 pro max in desert titanium 1TB. This phone came in with no scratches nothing, just perfect. It was at 100% battery capacity and had only 181 charge cycles. Even apple care until next year! This is amazing and my husband wants to upgrade his phone now by buying one of these.

This item arrived on time and it was exactly what i wanted. A newer Iphone with storage. No imperfections the battery has been cycled 200 times but everything works 100%. Yes this phone was unlocked able to switch out e sims no issues.

This is my second time to buy here but I returned the 1st one since it has screen burn in it. I just bought the 256GB now and lucky now has Apple care 'till Oct 2026 and better battery health (96%) than the first one, it's 512GB but yeah, there's a problem in it and the batt health is just 91%, glad I returned it. Still no scratches on the screen nor cosmetic issues! Refund took almost 3 weeks.

The media could not be loaded. Motivo de la denuncia: El producto presentó una falla prematura de un componente crítico (pantalla OLED) bajo uso normal, sin golpes, líquidos ni daño externo visible. Ante esta situación, el vendedor se negó a ofrecer cualquier tipo de solución (reemplazo o reembolso), basándose únicamente en suposiciones técnicas no verificables y atribuyendo el daño al uso del cliente sin presentar evidencia concluyente. En sus respuestas, el vendedor: Se apoya exclusivamente en una certificación previa al envío (PhoneCheck), la cual solo valida el estado del equipo en un momento puntual, pero no descarta defectos latentes ni fallas prematuras. Afirma que la falla corresponde a presión o impacto físico, sin aportar pruebas técnicas, informes periciales ni evidencia objetiva. Desestima completamente la posibilidad de una falla de hardware no atribuible al comprador, pese a que el producto dejó de funcionar correctamente en un periodo corto de tiempo tratándose de un artículo electrónico de alto valor. Considero que esta conducta: Vulnera los principios de buena fe comercial, Traslada indebidamente la responsabilidad al comprador, Y limita el derecho del consumidor a una evaluación imparcial cuando un producto presenta una falla grave y prematura. Solicito respetuosamente que Amazon revise la actuación de este vendedor, ya que el patrón de respuesta evidencia una negativa sistemática a asumir responsabilidad, incluso ante fallas internas sin daño externo demostrable. Based based on some of the reviews, I was skeptical of what quality phone I would get. I ordered the premium and was not disappointed. The phone was literally brand new with absolutely no blemishes and have 100% battery health and only 30 battery cycles. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Only had 14 battery cycles. Definitely a lottery on whether you get a low usage one or one with some more cycles on it but I lucked out!! No visible scratches or glitches. No overheating. Quick shipping. Could have more secure packaging but really can’t complain at all! Thoroughly impressed as hesitant as I was ordering my first refurbished phone but this phone works flawlessly and I plan on holding on to it for many years to come!!

I’ve been using this phone for a few weeks, and overall it’s pretty good. The screen is bright and clear, the camera takes nice pictures, and the battery life is decent for daily use. It runs smoothly most of the time, but I did notice a bit of lag when switching between apps. The design looks nice and feels comfortable in the hand. For the price, it’s a solid choice — just don’t expect flagship-level performance.
