I have had an 11 pro max for 4 years that I purchased off of amazon and before that I had an XR from Amazon for a few years, Amazon hasn’t let me down when it comes to phones but always check reviews first!! I finally needed an upgrade after the 11 being discontinued and some apps not being available, I finally purchased the 16 plus, I had a green 11 and wanted to switch up phone colors and went with pink. I am NOT disappointed 😁 the pink is beautiful! The phone is in perfect condition with %100 battery which is not exactly what I was expecting or looking for but it is nice to have. My battery doesn’t make it under %50 by the time I go to bed, I doom scroll on tiktok sometimes if that gives you an idea🤣 the phone had a charger in the box but not a charging block (c-port to c-port) so if you do not have one you may need to purchase it separately! It advertised it as unlocked, and it connected my service provider without any issues! (Sorry for long message, I take this seriously and would honestly appreciate seeing more in depth reviews on serious purchases!) Has cool new haptic button witch other options, a new camera button, and a upgraded screen and interface features! I purchased this Amazon Renewed phone in Excellent Condition, so I was disappointed when it arrived with noticeable scratches, especially on the screen. The screen scratches were significant enough to stand out immediately, which was surprising considering the phone I used for the last three years had fewer scratches than this one. Based on the outer appearance, it also looks like the phone may have been dropped at some point, as there are visible signs of wear around the exterior. On the positive side, the phone arrived with 91% battery health, and it has been functioning properly so far with no performance issues.
