I have had an 11 pro max for 4 years that I purchased off of amazon and before that I had an XR from Amazon for a few years, Amazon hasn’t let me down when it comes to phones but always check reviews first!! I finally needed an upgrade after the 11 being discontinued and some apps not being available, I finally purchased the 16 plus, I had a green 11 and wanted to switch up phone colors and went with pink. I am NOT disappointed 😁 the pink is beautiful! The phone is in perfect condition with %100 battery which is not exactly what I was expecting or looking for but it is nice to have. My battery doesn’t make it under %50 by the time I go to bed, I doom scroll on tiktok sometimes if that gives you an idea🤣 the phone had a charger in the box but not a charging block (c-port to c-port) so if you do not have one you may need to purchase it separately! It advertised it as unlocked, and it connected my service provider without any issues! (Sorry for long message, I take this seriously and would honestly appreciate seeing more in depth reviews on serious purchases!) Has cool new haptic button witch other options, a new camera button, and a upgraded screen and interface features! Worth it, not scam

Very happy with it, only few scratches on the sides of the phone and slight scruff on camera, I ordered good quality instead of excellent and it was worth it. 91% battery and 600 some cycles, very glad I got it, cute color, was worried I should’ve gotten the pink one.

I dont typically write reviews but I have reached out to techdeals4less more than once and have received automated responses. I ordered this under the Amazon renewed premium and the phone i received does not meet the promised condition. I wasn't expecting a brand new phone but I was expecting that there wouldnt be deep scratches on the body or a scratched screen, let alone a screen that doesn't sit flush with the body. If the screen wasnt janky it wouldn't have been deal, the rest could be fixed by slapping on a case. Unfortunately since the screen is literally popping off the phone is no longer water resistant and im not sure if it was a poor installation or if the battery is swelling and now at risk of thermal runaway. When I requested to return it for a refund I was not provided with a prepaid shipping label but told I had to pay the shipping cost. I shouldn't be out any money to return a product that was well below the promised standards. I would recommend avoiding purchasing these phones as there is no quality control to ensure that you will receive a product that's up to the standard that is promised. ... show more

When it arrived, the phone looked clean. I didn’t see much wrong with the edges or anything like that, though it wouldn’t have mattered much since I was putting a case on it anyway. I also bought a screen protector. While applying the screen protector, I noticed that wiping the screen down with the alcohol wipe revealed a visible scratch, at first I thought it was just glue residue, but it was an actual scratch. Oddly, once the screen dried, that same scratch was no longer visible, the screen looked uniform with no visible marks. Amazon does note that “Acceptable” condition phones may have visible scratches, but in my case it was only visible while wet, not once dry. When I powered it on and started transferring my data, the phone got noticeably hot, which worried me at first. After some research, I found this is a commonly reported and normal occurrence, phones tend to run hot during initial setup while everything downloads and syncs. Later on, I discovered the screen had actually been repaired at some point, since checking the settings confirmed it wasn’t an Apple-certified part. That said, this is expected when buying a refurbished “Acceptable” condition phone through Amazon. None of these things ended up mattering. The phone works perfectly — it’s a great iPhone 16 Plus, camera quality is excellent, and I’ve had no issues. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Great Purchase, Great Quality!

I purchased the iPhone 16 Plus (256 GB) and received a unit in excellent condition. There was no cosmetic damage on the body or screen, except for a very small nick on the metal housing around one of the camera lenses. Since the mark was not on the lens itself, it hasn’t affected photo quality at all. Everything else matched the listing exactly. The sensors, cameras, storage capacity, and overall condition were all as promised. The battery health was 98% maximum capacity at 284 cycles when I received it (a cycle means the equivalent of using 100% of the battery’s capacity, not necessarily all at once). After using the phone as my daily driver for over a month, it’s now 96% at 301 cycles, which is still very solid for a refurbished device. Overall, this ended up being a great purchase and I’d consider it well worth the price. ... show more

The phone is good quality, very durable and and camera work just fine. The screen seems to have a bit of a delay when tapping one or two parts of the screen but it’s nothing major.
