The media could not be loaded. The phone came on time, it is in amazing condition you can’t tell it was ever used. There are no scratches, dents, or marks, the battery health is at 100% the speakers work great and the camera quality is great as well! Don’t forget it is LOCKED TO T-MOBILE this wasn’t an issue for me but thought it was worth mentioning. Worth the money for sure
