The battery health was at 97 when I received it. Haven’t had any issues so far. However, I saw a tiny scratch on the screen, which I don’t mind as it is very difficult to notice. Plus the screen protector has made this scratch invisible. Camera works great, the phone feels very light and it looks very very clean. I really wanted to love this. I am thinking I got a default one. It keeps freezing all the time when I am on the most important activities, it gets extremely hot even when it’s not charging and the battery life it’s very poor. I think it’s because it gets so hot and that drains it even more. I still have my older version, so I was hoping a lot for this one. I use apps like WhatsApp and at one point it froze and I couldn’t get it to work and the app literally blocked me, so I installed it and I lost a lot of stuff from it. ( very bad ) I am returning this one and I will be ordering a second one and hopefully that one will work. Base on the reviews, my guess is that the problem is this device itself. Even the dictionary is faulty, I have 3 languages working on my phone and it’s very important all of them work properly. Let see what happened with the second one. I just have so much in the phone and it’s a pain to get all the passwords and stuff to set it up. Hopefully the next one works just fine. ... show more

I was browsing online and noticed the iPhone 16 pro max valued at over $1200 dollars so before I made an impulsive decision I browsed around online and came across this seller. Not a big fan of refurbished items but the item was listed as in “excellent condition” and at under $900 for a 15 pro max for a 1TB it was a steal! I told myself that I’d return if it was a scam since the seller offered a 30 day money back guarantee so it was worth the gamble. Phone is in great shape. Only a few minor scratches on the screen that aren’t noticeable once the screen turns on. Battery health is 89% and everything is working great. Upgraded from an iPhone 13 and the performance is noticeably faster.

Battery health was at 89%. It was pretty well used previously vs being in excellent condition. I was expecting at least something above 92% for battery health for a phone that was advertised as in excellent condition.
