I'm coming from an S22 to the IPhone 15 Pro, been waiting for the day that Apple becomes almost on par with android and I chose the right phone to do so. I was worried that I would get a beat up phone that is still functional but surprisingly it was about fine, like 9.5/10 fine, all there was that showed it was renewed was a slight scratch on the screen that I didn't notice until few days later. Battery life, it all depends on how you use the phone but for every day of my use I've had absolutely incredible battery life, going to work, gym, hangouts and such, this phone lasts me all day! Performance is amazing which is to be expected from Apple, the IPhone's are already smooth be default with their animations, now imagine that with 120hz display... if you know what that is lol. The back of the phone is smooth and if you don't want it slipping then I highly recommend a case. Display is amazing which is no surprise for OLED, I accidentally dropped mine on the corner of my table and thought I killed my phone but it survived without a scratch. OS I like it alot especially with the apps they supply you with that you can uninstall of your choosing, this all depends on the user's preference. I do wish Apple placed the Action button where the power button is But I'll live, if you're left handed then you'll be fine. I have a mailbox with a lock, most small Amazon packages arrive there, but this seller uses fedex and they gave me a 4 hour window from 8am-12pm I had to be at my house and sign for the package, thankfully I didn’t have work or school but I had to wake up early in the morning to receive my package. Also I bought the one in excellent condition, the phone itself looks brand new, but the battery health is at 89%, I was expecting it to at least be in the 90’s if the phone was in excellent condition. ... show more

I’ve been wanting to get the new iPhone 15 Pro Max but they didn’t have it on the Amazon trade up so I just got the 15 pro and I really like it very much. I mean it’s not as big as I wanted it to be but I feel like it’s a normal size especially someone who upgraded from a 12 mini.

I'm in a similar mindset as another reviewer in that it sounds like some people are getting great, nearly-unused phones, and others are getting ok phones. I haven't have any problems with my 15 Pro yet, other than it seems to use a lot of the battery up, when I was hoping it would be a much bigger improvement over my 6 year old XR's battery usage. Physically, it only has some scratches on the phone sides revealing the metal underneath, and a very light scratch, near imperceptible on the screen. It was deemed a refurbished excellent. I'm disappointed though that it arrived with a 88% battery health and a high number of cycles in the 560's *now 570. That's a high amount of cycles. I'm happy with the phones performance and feel so far. It's faster than my previous phone, and some better connection experiences around town. No problems setting up or transferring. If you buy this product, I hope you get lucky and get a high battery health and low cycle count. ... show more

I’ve bought refurbished phones before, so I understand they won’t always be perfect. However, if you’re paying for a device listed in excellent condition, you at least expect something close to “like new,” just as many other buyers have experienced. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me. The phone I received has two scratches on the screen, one of them clearly noticeable. The battery health is at 79% with just over 290 charge cycles, which is disappointing considering the relatively low number of cycles. It just doesn’t feel reassuring for long-term use.
