This box is bigger than you would expect. Bought two for my kids as they start to acquire tools and I already used one of these for my plumbing tools. It easily holds a variety of hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, baby dolls, stickers, and trucks. Haven't tested the waterproofness, but the construction is extremely solid. Buy the more expensive one, it’s worth the extra cost!! Very sturdy, sliding trays and a waterproof seal around edge. I bought it for my RC parts and tools, which fit perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and utility of this tool box. You will be surprised at the room it has for putting together a nice tool set for around the house or hobby work. I initially thought I'd never get my household set in the box but I actually had room left over. Regarding the comments about the anticipated durability of the box: I don't think you could break this tool box with a sledge hammer. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. I've been through quite a few tool boxes over the years and this is by far my favorite. It's a great design for presenting all your tools at once on a stable platform. I don't know why it wasn't more popular. It's plastic, but seems sturdy and on the plus side it will never rust.

I’m very pleased with the quality of this toolbox. Thick high durability, composite plastic with strong metal latches, and the drawers are very smooth and sturdy. It holds a lot. On the base compartment, I can put my drill, gun and staple gun and other large objects with plenty of space.
