Amazing. I received a phone that seems almost new. In almost perfect condition. 99% battery health so I’m not going to be too hard on it. Battery life has been great! Would last me over a day. The phone worked fine for a few hours but soon had frequent errors and restarts. Apple confirmed it likely had physical damage and was not under warranty. Since it was shipped to Costa Rica, I couldn't return it, leaving me out over $700. This isn't my first issue with refurbished items on Amazon, and it’s shaken my trust in their quality control. In reading the reviews, I expected a bit less than what actually came. The phone itself arrived safe and quickly! A lot of the reviews were complaining or pointing out the 80% battery capacity. When I had the chance to look, I was pleasantly surprised by the 100% battery capacity! The front and back of the phone are scratch-free. Came in flawless condition. The color is beautiful; it’s basically white with a light blue tint, which looks cool. I’m upgrading from an 8 plus so any iPhone model above that will be good to me! Setup was seamless and the phone is fast, loading all my apps and websites quickly. I’m not a heavy phone user throughout the day and the battery lasts me from the morning until late evening; I do not let it fall below 30-40% as I am trying to take care of the battery as long as I could. I also have Mac charging at 90%. I wish the phone came at 100% battery health like most reviews I see here, but 95% is still optimal health. Will update further if there are issues. This was my first second hand phone purchase and I am happy with it - 4 stars because of the 95% battery health when the phone still costs a lot. I realized it’s not worth buying brand new phones anymore, especially when Apple doesn’t really do significant upgrades year after year - e.g. - this phone is still almost $1,000 but it has a 60Hz rate and usb 2 instead of 3, which is nonsense, and you have to buy the pro models to attain these upgrades. Save your money and go with a second hand phone of any model. ... show more

Back ground story; I ordered before I phone 15 plus but company was unable to deliver on time due to weather. Canceled first order and submitted another order which was delivered by Fed Ex(unusual) I was pleased to get phone. Received in great condition and battery life at %100 which is excellent. No marks or chips on phone. Pristine condition. I’m still waiting to get confirmation of my full refund for first phone ordered but that will be another story.
