This refurbished iPhone is a great value for the money. It is in like-new condition cosmetically and everything works as it should. The battery life is great, and the battery actually has zero cycles on it, so it is basically equivalent to a new iPhone. There phone did come with a generic USB-C cable which feels really cheap, but considering how good of a deal this phone is, especially with the 1 year satisfaction guarantee, it's not a problem. ... show more

Not worth the money they want. Battery health was good but dropped by 6% in first month. Sent back for a refund. Had to buy new as the last 2 I bought off Amazon were junk.

Phone arrived in one day, looks new, seems to work great. My apps took a while to load during the transfer from my old phone, but the Apple Store redid the transfer days later and all apps uploaded completely now. Mint Mobile customer service based in Manila gives incorrect information, told me the Apple Store "couldn't do Mint Mobile transfers" and that I had to return the phone??? I got all upset for nothing, as that was INCORRECT. Mint Mobile simply emailed me a code and the Apple store did the rest. ... show more
