The iPhone 15 Plus has a 6.7 inch all-screen Super Retina XDR display with the Dynamic Island. The back is color-infused glass, and there is a contoured-edge anodized aluminum band around the frame. The side button is on the right side of the device. There are two cameras on the back: Ultra Wide and Main. In the United States, there is no SIM tray. In other countries or regions, there is a SIM tray on the left side that holds a fourth form factor (4FF) nano-SIM card. On the bottom there is a USB-C connector for charging and transferring data.

I was a little hesitant to purchase just because I’ve always bought my phones straight from the phone stores (T-Mob). It only took two days to be delivered and is in perfect condition! No marks/scratches looks like a regular brand new phone. Only thing different is it doesn’t come in the standard Apple iPhone box, but does come with a charger! Transferring everything from my iPhone 12 was very easy and I was able to give the old phone to my mom. The media could not be loaded. Like the title says overall it turned out great but there were a couple of hiccups. The first phone I received was defective. There was an issue with the volume up button I’m guessing getting stuck because the volume on the phone would constantly turn all the way up and just flash 24/7. I reached out to the seller and they admitted it should have been caught during testing and offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement as long as they could have it to me by March 16th. I returned the original phone on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday. I received the replacement on Wednesday which was a fantastic turn around time in my opinion. Less than a week. I ran into issues when I was setting up the replacement phone because it was requiring a software update that would just not update. It was a constant cycle of hitting “install now” then the wheels would start spinning and stop and prompt the “install now” again. At this point I was dead in the water because my phone number was already transferred and I couldn’t get past the software update. (And no internet was not the issue) We took the phone to Verizon where they completely wiped it and started from scratch and finally got it working properly! The phone itself is practically brand new. It looks amazing, sound quality is fantastic, no scratches, 100% battery capacity.
