Looks brand new, no scratches, excellent quality, easy to set up, I’m very happy about the condition of this phone. I was a little worried about the battery when ordering, since the last renewed iPhone I bought only had 86% battery capacity, but this thankfully has a battery capacity of 100%.

works perfect! it did not come updated to the latest iOS, it’s on 18 point something, but that’s an easy update while i’m sleeping. i’m currently typing this review on it, and so far there’s no performance issues at all. turned on with about 80% battery out of the box and came with a standard USB-USBC charger/block (not the newer one apple uses but the connector that goes into the phone is USBC). there’s honestly almost 0 physical imperfections as well; only one teeny tiny chip in the glass AROUND the camera (not the actual lense) but that could have easily been my fault, i’m not sure. i did not receive mine with 100% battery health but my old phone was at 77% health so ill take it. runs super smoothly, transferring was easy and setting up the esim from a physical sim was easy as well. i would recommend finding out beforehand if your carrier is compatible with esim and if you have the ability to convert it on your previous phone before committing to this upgrade. it does not have a sim card slot. the color is perfect, sound quality is night and day compared to my old phone (iphone 12) and everything works super well! i wasn’t able to transfer my entire phone into this one; photos, calendar, contacts, passwords/passkeys, all transferred fine but my messages did not and i had to redownload all of my apps. probably just user error with icloud backup. ... show more

I’m pleasantly surprised! It’s in very good condition- looks basically new and battery condition is 82%. There are only a couple minor scuffs that you can see if you look really hard. The camera is definitely an improvement from my XS and I’m very happy with the investment I made to get this phone. It came with a screen protector and got here in 4 days! Still my current phone. It was a great value, it’s easy to use, has many features and is a great size. This might be refurbished but this worked practically brand new. The ONLY con is that there were a few small cosmetic issues such as tiny scratches etc, but overall a great phone.

The item arrived quickly and was in near perfect condition. The maximum battery capacity was 89%. I compared the prices at BB and the manufacture's website and this was about $100 less than the other two. Buying a used iPhone is the way to go. I'll let others take the depreciation hit

Ordered this to replace my XS max. Compared to my maxx the battery on this one is way better. Battery lasts longer.the camera works well though the interface controls are different and take some getting use to. I had no problem connecting to my cellphone carrier. Very easy to set up. Quality of the phone is of course great, it’s Apple after all. And the pink color looks amazing. . The processing speed is great . Volume is crisp and clear. Phone works great and is in great shape BUT not in “excellent” condition. Some fine scratches on the screen and what looked like paint on one of the corners (I’m assuming they used that to touch up the frame. Since I’m using an otter box case and a matte screen protector it’s not a big deal. Battery is a 86% which is okay. Overall I’d of graded this phone in “good” shape instead of “excellent” so just be aware if they consider this excellent then I’m assuming anything in good must be pretty used. ... show more
