This was a gift for our daughter on her 13th birthday, her first phone. The battery health was 95 percent, the body of the phone looked new, and it has worked perfectly for her so far. It was packaged well and shipped fast. The charge cord it came with was generic, but it works. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars rather than five is that the screen had a rather large smudge scratch. Fortunately, once a screen protector was placed on it, the scratch became difficult to see. Given that you pay more for a renewed premium product, I just don’t think the phone’s condition quite meets the promised standard. Even so, overall we are pleased with the purchase so far, and our daughter is happy with the phone. It booted right up and the contents of their old phone transferred while charging the battery fully. Then iOS was updated to the current version. I was very pleased to see the battery capacity was 100%! My friend has been using it for six weeks and is very happy with it. I thought this would be a 5/5 and even wrote a glowing review upon unboxing it and seeing the battery life. The problem is, that it randomly glitches and goes unresponsive. Get's "stuck". Usually in the camera or video setting. Just today it screen went black while using the Marco Polo app. Honestly I wish I'd just went with a new phone. Cosmetically it looks beautiful, but the function is lacking. For a "premium" renewal, I shouldn't have technical issues already, I've only had the phone a couple weeks. I paid over $400 for an iPhone 13.... I could have spent a couple hundred more for a new phone, and I should have.
