I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel like I had to. I received this phone a couple of days ago and it is in immaculate condition. I bought it from the seller Stone Digital and I can’t say enough about them! Last week I ordered a different phone from another seller that was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. Firstly, it showed up in an envelope, not in a box. Inside it was only shipped in a bubble wrap envelope that was extremely thin. No clue if it was broken from shipping or not because I never turned it on. The thing had scratches alllllllll over it. It was complete garbage, so I returned it. Stone Digital sent this phone in an actual shipping box. The box the phone was in was wrapped in thick bubble wrap. The phone was in a box that resembled the original iPhone box. The phone came with a charger, phone case, and even a glass screen protector. This was a pleasant surprise! The phone looks completely brand new. There isn’t one scratch on the phone and the battery health is still at 90%!!! The best part…. It was about $50 cheaper for the same phone from other sellers on here and $100 cheaper than Verizon. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and if you are looking for a reconditioned phone try to find one sold by Stone Digital. You won’t be disappointed!!! ... show more

Looks nice! A few scratches and a cracked back but it’s fine because I always have a case. But it says my screen and battery are not compatible with the phone?? But my charger works fine with it. Also my screen does go black sometimes for no reason but then comes back on. Overall I can get that fixed no problem so I’m happy with it money well spent. ... show more

i was a little hesitant on buying this iphone because i wasn’t sure if the battery life would be good or not. i was hoping for above 85% and it’s at 84%, so not the worst. it’s obviously not brand new it was purchased in 2022 but still in great condition. the phone hardly has any scratches, maybe just a few tiny ones on the screen but they’re super small and honestly not even noticeable. i got my phone the next day, so it came in less than 24 hours and i’m in love! it works perfectly and i’ve had no issues at all. ... show more

I bought this Renewed IPhone 14 Pro Max in deep purple. I bought it in excellent condition and it came with 83 percent battery life. The phone truly is in excellent condition, it looks new! I was able to activate it with service no problem. I been using it for a few days and have had no issues. I absolutely love it and love the fact that I was able to afford it since the price was so good. The listing said ‘excellent,’ but the actual condition is closer to good or acceptable. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being brand new), I’d rate it a 6 due to dents on the camera and a worn/discolored screen bezel. The battery health is also at 86%, which is below what I’d expect for something described as excellent — ideally it should be at least 88–90%, since anything lower usually indicates heavier prior use.
