When I got to the store to look at it, the screen had a giant crack right down the center. I looked right at the cashier like that can hardly be considered excellent condition, imo it would be considered poor at best. So when I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro as a upgrade to my Samsung galaxy s9+ I was very concerned it would come in a terrible condition but everything ive bought second hand from amazon has been in the condition ordered. If it says excellent that means no marks or minimal. My phone arrived in nearly perfect condition. The screen and back glass are flawless, there is some slight scratching on the buttons but that's to be expected for a used device. All in all for $600 im very pleased with my purchase, this phone was brand new a year ago and it's fully unlocked. Insane deal for that price. this is obviously pre-owned and refurbished. It was in pretty good condition though, no scratches and came with a screen protector that was cracked but the phone wasn't. The rest of the phone is cosmetically in very good shape! The only thing is that the phone tells me the "The Display for this iphone is Not Recognized. An Apple Authorized Service Provider ca repair or replace" So apparently the refurbishing wasn't done by Apple lol. My son told me that with the iOS 17.5.1 has a new feature that you can touch your screen to edit your display? Whatever .But aside from that So far I have no problems!!!!! I LOVE THE DEEP PURPLE and actually it was the cheapest color so I was happy. One of my fav's is the fact that you can just put up your old iphone to the new and wella it transfers all over to your new phone. and it has an eSim so you don't even have to change out sims for your carrier. Upgrading from an IPhone 6s to this IPhone 14 Pro. The iOS which was loaded was 16.1.1 which was perfect as I intended to jailbreak the device(the current jailbreak only goes up to 16.5). There were several physical defects that I could spot immediately, one was a small area of faded paint next to the apple logo, and there were odd puncture looking scratches on every button of the device as if someone used a screwdriver to press them repeatedly. My other qualm was the battery health which seemed to be a bit low at 88%. The device functions as expected like any other iPhone, but for the price, I expected a better condition and battery health. I would recommend trying a different seller if you were looking to purchase a newer iPhone with a better physical condition. ... show more

Was very skeptical of buying a renewed iPhone like many are, but I was very impressed with it for being only $600. It did not come in an Apple box, but was securely packaged with a charging cable. The phone looked brand new, not a single scratch or any indication of use. It was dead as it arrived but powering it up was no issue and when checking the battery capacity it was at 97%. This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone, and like many of the other reviewers, I was nervous for what quality of product would actually arrive. It's now been a few weeks since I received and started using my phone, and so far everything has been smooth sailing. I was easily (though it the transfer did take longer than anticipated) able to transfer everything from my old phone to the "new," refurbished one. The battery life has been strong, and it charges well. The esim was also had a user-friendly set up (Check out some YouTube tutorials if it's your first time!) Next time I need an upgrade, I'll probably purchase again from this seller. PS: Some other reviewers seemed upset at the lack of a physical sim--y'all, this is the direction phones are going, and it is clearly stated in the iPhone 14 (and beyond) specs. If you're still having trouble figuring out the esim after watching tutorials and reading help forums, take it into your local Apple store and mobile carrier for help :) ... show more
