I had very high expectations for this refurbished iPhone! To begin with, the positives: It was a lovely phone, in outstanding cosmetic condition - it appeared brand new. The seller was also very gracious to include a screen protector, and I have no complaints regarding the seller, delivery, or customer service. The negatives: It functioned perfectly when it first arrived, with no glitches and an easy transfer process. I was not satisfied with the camera; I am uncertain if this is a characteristic of the iPhone 14, but I do not believe the photo quality surpasses that of my previous phone, which was an iPhone 12. I expected it to produce higher quality images, but perhaps it was returned for refurbishment due to the camera issues? After 2-3 weeks, the phone started to shut down unexpectedly, even when fully charged, and when it powered back on after a few seconds, it would show only 10% battery life? This was peculiar. The battery health was reported to be at 90%, which I found surprising, but later discovered that this percentage can be manipulated to reflect better battery health, even if that is not the reality. Aside from the random shutdowns, my phone required charging every 3 hours, and within 2 weeks, the battery health dropped from 90% to 80%. It would have been an amazing deal and worth the money for a 1TB phone in great exterior condition , and I’m sad I had to return it . I could not handle the random shut downs and constant charging and the photo quality was also a big factor (it might just have been my phone and not all iPhone 14’s). I’m bummed! But return was easy & just a friendly reminder that whenever you do drop off a pricey item like this for returns, get a print out of the receipt ! I upgraded from an iPhone 12 to this phone. The jump has been pretty major since the always on screen and island have become a thing. I really appreciate the price for this phone, I don’t feel like I’ve spent an arm and a leg just for an upgrade. It does all the things I need and is just as easy as any other iPhone to use. before this phone, I had upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro before this purchase and was annoyed at some of the newer features that seem to get in the way of a cleaner interface and experience. It also did not have as strong of a battery. Note that this phone still has a lightening charger and does not have Apple Intelligence.the condition is like new, battery at 100%, no scratches anywhere- a great bang for the buck! ... show more

It doesn’t feel or perform like a “used” phone — it feels solid and reliable. Right away you notice how smooth the display is. The ProMotion screen is crisp and responsive, and everything from scrolling to gaming feels fluid. The 128GB of storage is enough for everyday use, especially if most of your photos and videos are backed up to the cloud. Performance is excellent. Apps launch instantly, multitasking feels effortless, and even demanding games run smoothly. The A16 chip still holds up really well, so you’re not giving up much compared to the newest models. The camera system is one of my favorite aspects. Photos are sharp, color looks natural, and low-light shots come out cleaner than I expected. Video quality is great too — it handles action and detail really well. Battery life has been solid for me throughout the day with normal use. I still get through a full day without scrambling for a charger, which is exactly what you want from a daily driver.
