I received the product quickly and at first I was extremely upset because the screen was cracked… or at least I thought.. after closer inspection I found there was a screen protector on the phone .. after simply removing the screen protector and replacing it, the phone is in magnificent condition and I love it.. I don’t know if they placed the screen protector on the phone for shipping or why it was there.. but it obviously helped protect my phone for shipment.. all I can say is thanks for everything.. even the little scare I had at first.. makes laugh to think about it now lol ... show more

I've recently bought the iPhone 14 Pro, and to my surprise the condition was perfect. However, there were a few aspects that determined how many stars this review would recieved. The phone itself was in good condition, there were a few smudges on the side, but that was wiped off easily. The little film that's on top of the phone was dirty, I didn't really mind about that though. The thing that really disappointed me was the battery life. The phone is 88% battery life. I would expect more from a one year old phone, but that's average after a year, I'd expect a higher battery life and I know I wouldn't get anything better if I replaced it. Another thing I didn't like was the cheap chinese brick and cable, in 5 minutes it wouldn't even go up by 1%! If you buy this product, make sure to buy a good cable and brick as well. In summary, the phone itself is good, the battery life however, was the only aspect that disappointed me. ... show more

The phone came very quickly. Was one tiny, tiny scratch on finish near camera but you have to look very closely to see it. Otherwise you would never be able to tell this wasn’t a brand new phone. After having a phone on it’s last leg, this phone is really a blessing.

I ordered an Iphone 14 Pro in excellent condition, but the phone arrived with scratches around the edges and a battery life of 86%. I was expecting the product to be of higher quality but alas. The good thing is that the screen is in perfect condition.
