Thank you Amazon I can’t afford a new 2000 dollar phone and this was like new. Battery was only 85 percent but it’s lasting good for me. It has a great camera and not too heavy with a military grade case it’s really durable. The magnetic charging is really convenient no more lint in the charger hole at the bottom of the phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 12 to this phone. The jump has been pretty major since the always on screen and island have become a thing. I really appreciate the price for this phone, I don’t feel like I’ve spent an arm and a leg just for an upgrade. It does all the things I need and is just as easy as any other iPhone to use. before this phone, I had upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro before this purchase and was annoyed at some of the newer features that seem to get in the way of a cleaner interface and experience. It also did not have as strong of a battery. Note that this phone still has a lightening charger and does not have Apple Intelligence.the condition is like new, battery at 100%, no scratches anywhere- a great bang for the buck!

I picked up the renewed iPhone 14 Pro and have been really satisfied with it. The Space Black finish looks classy and still feels premium even though it’s renewed. It doesn’t feel or perform like a “used” phone — it feels solid and reliable. Right away you notice how smooth the display is. The ProMotion screen is crisp and responsive, and everything from scrolling to gaming feels fluid. The 128GB of storage is enough for everyday use, especially if most of your photos and videos are backed up to the cloud. Performance is excellent. Apps launch instantly, multitasking feels effortless, and even demanding games run smoothly. The A16 chip still holds up really well, so you’re not giving up much compared to the newest models. The camera system is one of my favorite aspects. Photos are sharp, color looks natural, and low-light shots come out cleaner than I expected. Video quality is great too — it handles action and detail really well. Battery life has been solid for me throughout the day with normal use. I still get through a full day without scrambling for a charger, which is exactly what you want from a daily driver. Buying it unlocked and renewed was a great way to get premium iPhone performance without paying full price. It feels dependable, performs exceptionally, and still looks great. If you want a flagship phone experience without the flagship price tag, this version of the 14 Pro is a smart pick.

Very happy with my purchase, I wanted the color and the IPhone pro and am so glad I made this purchase. The phone really was in excellent condition, not one scratch on the screen or back. Barely a little nick on left side but only could see it by closely inspecting. The battery wasn’t full but I expected that bc of the reviews and it’s refurbished but the phone functionality is great. I bought an iPhone 14 Pro (Renewed) listed in Excellent condition. Overall, the phone works perfectly: performance, camera, Face ID — everything is fine. However, the cosmetic condition doesn’t fully match the “Excellent” grade. There are noticeable scratches and scuffs on the stainless steel frame, which are clearly visible and not minor marks. Also, the battery health was at 86% out of the box. While this is still usable, I expected a higher battery percentage for an “Excellent” renewed device. In summary, it’s a good and fully functional iPhone, but the condition description feels a bit optimistic. Keep this in mind if appearance and battery health are important to you.

While the phone came in pretty decent condition (only one truly noticeable physical flaw), the battery capacity is less 80% which is not as described. The phone has less capacity than my iPhone 12 which is an older model. The seller really needs to revise the listing as many of the reviews complain about the battery capacity. I am seriously considering purchasing a different phone and returning this one. Delivery was slow and the battery can’t even come close to making it through an entire day. Based on the description, this phone isn’t “Excellent Condition”.

Honestly, I was so scared of the recent negative reviews, especially since I saw them after I ordered my phone. However, I am joyfully impressed by the refurbish. The transfer was smooth, aside from the issue I had with the eSIM and MetroPCS not letting me switch phones online but it wasn't because of the phone itself. Phone had some slight cosmetic scratches on the edges but I keep mine in a case anyway. I only gave 4 stars because it was late because FedEX doesn't deliver on weekends. It's a perfect upgrade and the battery holds very well for a 3 year old phone. Function is fast and smooth, lightweight, and bright as I like. Thank you Synergy for honoring this customer and the product.
