This iPhone looks and feels brand new as if I went to Apple and bought one directly there myself! I only see one tiny scratch on the screen that you can’t notice unless you are looking for it, which will be completely concealed with a glass screen protector. I transferred easily with the digital eSim by having my old iPhone right next to it and it did everything with a few taps and my passwords. I didn’t have to contact my provider and it took about 20 minutes to complete all the transfer and get 5G working, which is much quicker than I expected it to setup. The battery arrived with 100% maximum capacity, and completely unlocked as described! Bluetooth and all the equipped features are working so no complaints at all on quality! I would actually consider this to be in even better quality than described. Extra kudos to the seller for prompt shipping, and sending me an amazing device at a great price!! First off, I’m a Galaxy user. Been using Samsung Galaxy models for years. I decided to give iPhone a try. I almost bought into getting a brand new iPhone. I went the “green” route, and bought this iPhone 14 plus - “Excellent Condition.” I was a bit skeptical, but after all the great reviews and Amazon’s statement of quality assurance, I ordered the phone. Hands down the best experience for someone that switched flagships. This phone came with no scratches on the body and camera, and maybe 1 very unnoticeable tiny, tiny scratch on the screen. The battery works great, the screen responds as you would expect of any phone in excellent, minty condition. Same with audio, camera, brightness, command execution, etc. All in all, 100% recommend. This phone works great so far and has amazing camera quality. The only problem is it did come with a couple scratches on the screen. Once I put my screen protector on it you can’t see it at all tho.

I upgraded from an 11 and was skeptical to buy from this seller due to the many reviews about locked phones and returns. I'm glad I took the chance though because I got a brand-spankin' new phone for half the price. I got it a few months ago and still battery lasts two days or more depending and it was unlocked and perfect. It came with a charger cord and box and no scratches. The phone came looking like new, battery health was at 94%, that's not too bad for one year old phone. Although some people did say they have better battery health, so I guess it's random. However, once i bought the phone, the price dropped $40, then it went back up again the following week. Then recently it dropped to right over $500, so the price changes a lot, which is annoying is you bought at a higher price. Look out for that! ... show more
