I couldn’t be happier with the purchase and it came in under 24 hours. We activated under a boost Mobile plan for unlimited $25 a month. Received the phone 3/26. Immaculate condition, no blemishes (sorry for the dust and reflection) Battery health 100%. Checked with Apple support and phone has no signs of hardware failure. Partially wondering if this is a brand new phone because it far exceeds my expectations of a refurbished device. The extra $40 from excellent condition to premium is absolutely worth it. This was a gift for our daughter on her 13th birthday, her first phone. The battery health was 95 percent, the body of the phone looked new, and it has worked perfectly for her so far. It was packaged well and shipped fast. The charge cord it came with was generic, but it works. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars rather than five is that the screen had a rather large smudge scratch. Fortunately, once a screen protector was placed on it, the scratch became difficult to see. Given that you pay more for a renewed premium product, I just don’t think the phone’s condition quite meets the promised standard. Even so, overall we are pleased with the purchase so far, and our daughter is happy with the phone. We may go the renewed premium route for our next child when he gets old enough because of this experience. ... show more

This phone came in a very protective case and box, which I'm thankful for. The screen quality is great, the camera is great, there are a few scratches on the side, which I expected anyway, when buying a refurbished product. The only thing I noticed is that my phone dies at 10% even when on low power mode, which is okay because I did expect a few flaws. Sound, touch responsiveness, screen size, all great and the phone is good for the money I spent. Highly recommend! ... show more

If your nervous to buy this phone DONT BE!! It just came today and it has a 98% battery health with only a little scratch on the screen. The setup was really easy and I had no problems with swiping. Really smooth and like new. Overall a really great product for the renewed premium.

I thought this would be a 5/5 and even wrote a glowing review upon unboxing it and seeing the battery life. The problem is, that it randomly glitches and goes unresponsive. Get's "stuck". Usually in the camera or video setting. Just today it screen went black while using the Marco Polo app. Honestly I wish I'd just went with a new phone. Cosmetically it looks beautiful, but the function is lacking. For a "premium" renewal, I shouldn't have technical issues already, I've only had the phone a couple weeks. I paid over $400 for an iPhone 13.... I could have spent a couple hundred more for a new phone, and I should have. Upon reading other reviews it appears this whole restoration service is a gamble/crapshoot, so ultimately I ask.... do you feel lucky? ... show more
