The media could not be loaded. It literally looks like a brand new iPhone. No scratches at all and in absolute perfect condition. I bought mine unlocked and it quickly connected to my carrier. Keep in mind you’ll need an ESim card. Screen, camera, battery health and quality photo made me super happy I decided to buy it. I’ve had it for 3 days already and it works perfect, like I said brand new phone. The charger is a bit slow so I changed it. UPDATE: I’ve been using my iPhone 14 Plus for a month or so and it stills works wonderfully. I added some picture of the camera quality. I love my phone, it was a great purchase Update: been using this phone for almost 4 months. I can’t emphasize how much I love it. Everything works perfectly! Don’t spend $1000+ on the Apple website and just buy it from here. I know a few people have different complaints about the product but mine was simply in perfect condition and still works as brand new.

The arrival time was great within a week. The phone size and weight amazing. The charging time within an hour even while being plugged and set up. The set up divine, there's not much to do except align the phones next to each other when they're iOS 11 or later. The face recognition a bit cumbersome but I'll give it another try. The set up, within several minutes, after that you allow the phone to complete automatedly it's own setup, it may take 15 to 20 minutes (I didn't time it.), ie setting up Apple ID and/or Cloud. The phone was half way charged so that was superb. Gone are the days you need to sit next to a representative or a helper for 2 hours just to set up the phone while making dinner. Setting up the ID itakes longest but as I said, you allow the phones to do their work. The assembly or construction, fabulous, I do like the metal assembly with a square look, the classic Apple iPhone look. The color not my 1st choice but it can absolutely work for prime choice or 1st choice: I wanted something Barbie, well, rather an Apple logo with a Ken Look on the back... Maybe Apple should sell stickers that peal off with time for their apple phones or Apple Ken or Barbie Otter Boxes... I'm very impressed, with the quality and service and how fast the setup works! I will recommend it to everyone and anyone. The down side, I didn't receive the charging USB box.

The phone was in great condition with battery life at 95%, data transferred correctly, a great value. Issue: connection with my mobile carrier (Spectrum) couldn't activate phone and I was told it was locked. I contacted the seller who understood my frustration and offered to return the phone for a full refund with no questions asked. Not willing to give up the money saved on the phone I went to the carrier and said fix this and 15 minutes later they did. Status of phone number and service transfer had to be "keyed in" by an agent as an upgrade and couldn't be fixed online. problem solved ALL GOOD NOW.

The media could not be loaded. I like how the phone was actually unlocked from carrier as stated. I requested a iPhone 14 Plus in excellent condition. And for the most part it was and is. However there was 5 large scratches on my screen. But when I added a privacy screen it helps mask most of the large scratches across the screen (in the video the privacy screen is on the phone.) And you can’t really see them as much. Overall the phone runs great almost like brand new. As for the back and sides of the phone it was with zee scratch’s or dents/chips.

This product arrived on time and in great condition. I recently had a horrible experience with purchasing a iPhone from an Amazon seller battery went after two weeks. I had to buy a new battery ordered a replacement and the seller just refunded me. I was very disappointed and skeptical to purchase again. I can honestly say so far so good battery health is at 100% and phone came in brand new like condition no scratches or cracks. Very impressed and pleased. *knock on wood.
