I am giving this iPhone 5 stars because it works well & it was really easy to activate & transfer from one iPhone to another I love that it has such a large amount of storage space (512 GB!) it does not come with the original charger but I actually like the charger this company provides better than the original the phone is a bit big for my liking, I prefer smaller phones, but if you like a larger screen and a larger sized phone then this is ideal for you the sound quality is decent but could be improved the battery life at arrival came at 86% & there were slight scratches on the screen but nothing major I think the best aspects of this phone are that it was SUPER easy to transfer and activate from one phone to another and it works well and has tons of storage space one big caveat to all of this is that because the phone costs about 500$ you need to be home to receive it during the FedEx delivery which would be a 12 hour window from 8 AM-8 PM to provide a direct signature of receipt I suppose you could also opt to pick it up from the FedEx store if this is NOT a convenient delivery option for you all in all, great phone & reliable service, easy transfer and phone activation, very good overall ... show more

I just received my IPhone 14 Plus 512GB Starlight color. It looks brand new! I charged it up, transferred all my information over and am loving this new phone! What looks new, acts like new and costs almost half of new? MY NEW PHONE!! I am so very happy!

As far as condition, the phone looks brand new! No scratches and so far is working wonderfully. I was able to swap my device with my carrier with no issues (Metro by T-mobile). Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the charging cable that came with the phone does not work. Sucks for me because I switched to the iphone from an android, so no extra charging cables laying around. Not a complete deal breaker though. I did get a good phone for a good price that works great. Luckily, I do have a wireless charging pad that I can use to charge the phone for the time being. ... show more

Everything seems good except for some scratches on the glass (which is the only thing that bothers me for this being "exceptional quality") and some nicks in the bottom left... 100% battery capacity which is perfect and easy to swap over from my old IPhone XS Max
