I ordered two of these phones and not only were they in great condition, it was SO easy to switch from our older phones to these "newer" ones. We actually went from the iPhone 7C to these iPhone 14 series. I'm sure many already know the ease at which you can now just do that side by side switch-over, but we'd gone so long with the 7C we were unaware of this and wow was it easy. The hardest part now is to get used to the newer designs and functions the models have after the iPhone7. And it's not really all that difficult, it's getting used to the button placement that I keep forgetting. LOL Both phones had virtually no damage that was easy to see and both work great. One has a tiny scuff mark on the bottom side, but you can only see that if you look real close. I would have thought they were new were it not for the refurbished card that comes with them. purple seems to be great option clean looked brand new to my eyes no scratches on screen or anyware great product battery life is at 83 percent life but its a old phone i expected to have to replace the battey at some point they are so cheap and easy to swap out even if you pay someone to do it its worth the price in my op considering my iphone7 lasted up untill now i think this will last longer if not long enough before apple makes the software incompatable with it as they did with the iphone7 it cant run any modern aps as it cant update to the modern ios the new one updated in 4 mins on wifi... ... show more
