I was a little nervous buying a refurbished iPhone from anyone but Apple, especially after reading a few bad reviews by people complaining that they received phones covered in scratches or with dying batteries, but I could not be more pleased with the product I received. The prior owner clearly used a screen protector and case at all times--the phone looks brand new, facial recognition, screen, and all buttons perform flawlessly, and all the camera lenses are in mint condition. The battery still has a max capacity of 87% and charges normally whether by lightning cable or magsafe charger. Nothing else to say--if not for the inevitable slightly diminished battery capacity, I'd believe the phone shipped straight from the factory. FYI--I ordered the version listed as "refurbished: excellent condition"

I am so glad that I took the risk and bought this. Beyond happy with the quality of this item. It’s like I was sent a brand new iPhone, the battery life is still at 100%. I have had bad luck before with buying phons on Amazon, but spending that little extra money for a premium refurbishment was worth it.

I needed to replace a lost iPhone and decided to give a renewed iPhone 13 Pro Max a go from Amazon. The phone was shipped promptly and arrived in pristine condition. As compared to a brand new unit I felt it was priced well at under $600. The phone was easily registered with Apple and my mobile carrieer. For me, there was a brief learning curve as I moved up from an iPhone SE, but the upgraded camera and screen size are well worth it. As others have mentioned, the battery life was sitting at 85%. I wish that were higher, but for the price, features, and overall condition, I still think it was a good buy. The phone was immediately upgraded to the latest IOS 17 version without any glitches. I'm still in the process of setting options and loading a few apps, For clarity, I am a 70-something boomer who probably shouldn't be playing with such a toy, but for me it's like driving that Corvette I always wanted :)

thought maybe i was going to have one problem but no works perfectly of course it is a pre owned phone its going to have very minor things like scratches but mine has only one, its been like 2 days using but its working nicely. battery capacity is 89 of which that is just top quality for a refurbished phone

Needed more storage and didn’t want to get the new iPhone model and with the massive storage I can create lots of moments with the people I love and will stay with this phone for years to come!! mines came with 94% battery still decent and whenever I have to change the battery I’ll just go to Apple Store and swap the battery out for now I’m not doing that till it gives me the message to change the battery it last a very long time upgraded from my first iPhone the iPhone SE 1st Generation that I had since 2016 and it stopped releasing iOS updates and when I could finally afford the upgrade I went with this one and I don’t regret it one bit absolutely love my iPhone 😍😍😍🙏🏻💯

The phone I purchased was graded as excellent. That was a lie, there was scratches and dings all around the phone. Also they said it was tested and everything works, which was lie #2. The facial recognition didn’t work unless you tapped on the back the whole time meaning a ribbon on the inside wasn’t correctly fixed to the chip, causing issue with face recognition. I wouldn’t order anything from this company after this and now I have to wait 30 days until after the receive the phone back. Very disappointed. Ordered a 2nd and that one had the battery and camera replaced by cheap parts and the button that turns it off didn’t even work. These repairs and testing are not done correctly now I have $1300 in limbo awaiting refunds. Third time was a charm. Beautiful product. It was as it was described. The trick is ordering one that is sold by Amazon and not these little chop shops that use cheap parts and don’t actually test them like they say they do.
