I was on the fence with purchasing a cell phone from Amazon until I purchased a refurbished one from a major retailer and it was stolen by a popular global delivery company. After spending weeks trying to prove the phone did not arrive at my home and I was reimbursed, I ventured over to Amazon and purchased this refurbished-excellent phone in green (my favorite color) and 256 GB (I needed more space for my pics and videos and 64 kept pushing my APPS to the cloud). The phone looks brand new, does not have one single scratch, and works perfectly. It arrived with 0 percent battery but once I charged it, everything transferred easily from my Iphone 12 to my new phone. It maintains a charge of at least 50 percent for the entire day even with me checking emails, social media posts and banking information. While the refurbished-good phones are a bit cheaper, I did not think the $80 savings was worth the risk of it looking used. Thank you BidAllies for being a trust-worthy Amazon partner.

This iPhone 13 Pro was everything it said! An incredible upgrade from XR as well haha. It is excellently refurbished as promised, it’s as if it is a brand new device never been used. No cracks, no blemishes, no damage, no nothing. The phone was completely unlocked already and fully functional. Charges all the way to 100% battery. Comes with original charging cable as well. Connects to wifi just fine. Not too big and fits anywhere realistically speaking. Speakers are super loud, phone is fast and the camera is great. This was a great investment! The only thing is I wish it would’ve came with the original charging box. Besides that this was a 10/10 purchase and highly recommend!

I ordered one for me and my brother, mine was gold and his was graphite. And i was really impressed in the condition it came, it looked brand new, mine had some light scratches with one slightly deep scratch on the screen but its almost not noticeable and didnt bother me much but the rest of the body and camera was indeed perfect, the one that my brother got looked better than mine because his screen had barely to no scratches at all! The box came with a charging brick (not original) and a charging cord which looks like an original but i’m not sure, either way they didn’t feel cheap, the box came with no sim ejector tool which was unfortunate. I’m really satisfied with my purchase and it was also a big upgrade for me , going from an iPhone 8 to 13 pro. I’d recommend buying ONLY when its sold from amazon themselves and not another seller because it’s a gamble whether its going to come in the condition described.

I have been considering replacing my IPhone XR for a while, especially for an updated camera. After considering the options, I decided that this model had everything I need. I also require an unlocked phone that can be used with Tracfone. I really wanted blue but Amazon offered a payment plan on the graphite, so I went for it. I was so pleased when I opened the package! The phone is beautiful and looks brand new. It also included a generic cable and charger. My original concern was that the battery was nearly on zero, but it charged easily. It’s reading a maximum capacity of 87%, although my XR still reads 91%. However the 13 seems to be holding the charge well enough. It was easy to transfer the info from my old phone, including all the photos and most of the settings. Tracfone had me buy a new SIM card rather than transferring the old one, but that’s okay. So far I am happy with the purchase.

I was not impressed by the battery life, It dies incredibly fast even when not in use. It appears good as a phone but after using it for a few days the battery life was failing on me everyday. The price of this is very high compared to better phones like the IPhone 12 Pro Max. The scratch resistance is pretty good compared to other phones.

I was really skeptical about purchasing this phone. After I read the reviews I decided to take a chance. I order the Silver IPhone 13 Pro in “excellent” condition 128GB. When I received the phone it came in a box with a SIM card tool, a fast charging cord, and the phone. ( there was NO block for the cord) Upon expecting the phone it was a bit dirty around the cameras however there was not dents/ scratches. For the battery life I’ve received 87% I wasn’t expecting it to be 100%,however I’ve seen others get a higher percentage. Other than that the battery being lower than expected and the camera area being dirty, the phone quality is lovely. It’s a big upgrade from my old phone. It’s definitely more of a budget friendly choice.
