Well actually I ordered the Galaxy S23 and they sent me the Galaxy S23+ which from what I've read has all the same great features I was looking for, just a longer battery life and a bigger screen. I wouldn't really have mentioned it, except that I ordered an otterbox at the same time and had to return and reorder the correct size to match the phone I was sent. So that was a little extra time and hassle. But overall the phone is great! Pictures are amazing quality and thusfar it is kid durable. And for the price you can't beat that. My husband bought the same phone (new) 2 months before I did through our carrier and is paying 3× more than I am without the additional 2yr insurance I purchased. ... show more

Edit: After two months of use, I am still very happy with this phone. Although I usually don't write reviews until I use a product for awhile, I will make an exception here and update the review if my opinion changes. First off, my dealing with the seller has been very good. They replied to a question I had very quickly. I received my phone several days early. Also, I was leary of buying a renewed phone, but this phone is in great shape and the battery life is like new. As for the phone itself, I am very impressed with the Galaxy S23 5G. I haven't used it a lot yet, but it is quick, responsive, and a comfortable size to hold. The battery life is sufficient and the You Tube videos I watched looked great. I have only briefly used the camera, but that looks to be quite good as well. Overall I am very happy with this purchase but I want to give it more time to see what I think of it. ... show more

Front camera quality was OK nothing too special. Back camera's zoom was quite far but quality is not so great. Everything else seemed fine but I purchased this phone because I've heard it doesn't overheat, has a nice camera, and has a nice performance overall. It did overheat but then it called down pretty good. Gaming performance is just good. It's a tiny leap to perfect. Camera without any zoom out or in is OK. Shipping took about 2 days and delivery 2 days. It was easy to set up and had no starches or anything visibly wrong with is great. Charger is type c both ends with a charger box that only supports type c. Battery came at 60% already and it lasts pretty well. Overall it a nice phone but I'm seeking for better. ... show more

After using the phone for a few weeks, I understood built-in microphone does not work well. People could not hear me. When on wired or bluetooth headphones --- all is fine. Called Amazon, they said they did not renew the phone, despite their pamphlet was in the box. Directed me to Samsung for warranty service and refused to replace despite description says they will replace. Other than that, phone is great, but without microphone it is not much of a phone. ... show more

When I got the phone it was not pretty, it looked like someone had slid it across concrete before fixing it. I posted photos so you can see the cosmetic damage. But it works great and has a nice battery which lasts a long time before needing charging.
