The phone appears to be in good condition and looks beautiful and feels premium to hold compared to the iphone SE. There doesn't seem to be any scratches on the screen or the back. After testing the phone's functions, everything works perfect. There's one downside though. You would think you're getting this phone for cheap for around $440. But really you have to spend more money since this phone came with a battery health of 78%. I had to spend $102 to send it out to Apple to get a new battery put into it. Then about $42 on a case and screen protector. So, a $440 purchase comes out to be more like $617 total with taxes. Still cheaper than the original price when the iphone 13 pro first released in 2021 which was $1000. It would have cost me about $920 for the iphone 16 with case/screen protector and taxes, so I save about $300.

It has 1 little not noticeable scuff on the side and 3 scratches on the screen that are not easily noticeable. One thing that was unexpected to me was that it came in with a screen protector which I do not believe you get told before you purchase this phone but who’s gonna complain about something nice like that. I got mine in Sierra blue and it looks absolutely amazing it came with 89% battery health and that’s very good anything below 75 is where I’d say it’s worrisome but the phones in amazing condition fast snappy the cameras are amazing in the sun the blue shines very nicely no non apple parts on mine either I checked it myself. I would recommend this.

As soon as I took the phone out of the box, it looked brand new, which was impressive right away. The exterior was clean, and the sides were spotless, except for a bit of dirt on the silencer and in the speakers, but nothing too concerning. The screen did have some minor scratches that were noticeable without a screen protector, but once the protector was on, they were hardly visible. The phone has the right amount of storage, exactly what I needed. The battery health is at 83%, which isn’t perfect but still acceptable for my usage. I was a bit disappointed when I realized my box didn’t come with a SIM card pin, especially after seeing other reviews mention it. All I received was the phone and a charger. Unfortunately, the charger was subpar, it has a shortage and is not a lightning charger. Thankfully, I had an extra charger on hand, so this issue wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. One small issue I’ve noticed is that the microphone seems to be a bit low when recording voice messages, so I find myself needing to speak louder than usual. However, the overall quality of the phone is good, and I haven’t encountered any major problems yet. I feel like this phone was a good value for the money. Despite the minor dirt and the low microphone volume, it came in excellent condition. Setting up the phone was easy, especially since I was moving from Android to iPhone. The Face ID works perfectly, and the regular passcode option adds extra security. I was initially worried about the camera quality since the phone is renewed, but I was pleasantly surprised, the camera quality is amazing. So far, so good!

I appreciate not having to do as much research when looking for a phone upgrade because I just stick with iPhones. However, the up charge of the iPhones, especially this time, highly tempted me to switch to another phone. I wanted something with a really good camera with really good auto camera features, plenty of space for hoarding all of those pictures, and any and all apps and downloads. It has all of this. This was a great price (for what it was), color, & quality for what I was looking for. I am a returning customer in buying refurbished phones from Amazon.

I ordered a premium condition iPhone 13 Pro. I’m so happy to write that I came in perfect condition. I immediately tried every function I could think of from camera, video to sound and everything worked perfectly. And no scratches or dents at all. I’ve only it for 3 weeks so this is an early review.

it is a real iPhone, which was my first concern when ordering a device from Amazon. It’s refurbished and everything described as true to form memory color model. The device works as expected for a refurbished phone battery. Life is probably not 100% but it’s pretty good. I would give it 3.5 stars but you can’t do halves on Amazon. I give it that because the screen is an aftermarket replace screen. It’s raised up higher than a regular iPhone screen, which would be fine but the screen sensitivity is very low. It almost doesn’t respond to your fingers in a lot of cases and a few place, a screen protector on there that makes it a lot worse. This affects you when trying to scroll through social media play games or even type out text sometimes you’ll hit the letter multiple times and it will not respond and put the letter in not a major deal. Just mildly inconvenient and extremely aggravating, but it is again a refurbished device.

Just wanted to inform anyone else considering purchasing one of the refurbished "excellent condition" phones shipped and sold by Amazon (and not another third party seller) what to expect: The phone was almost perfect. In functionality I would say it was/is 100% perfect, it works as it should and with a sim card inserted it worked on the new carrier just fine. As far as appearance goes it was 95% perfect. I show a minor scuff along the edge, and on the screen I was unable to photograph it because it was so hard to show, but in the light at an angle you can see a tiny scratch on the screen that is so thin it looks like lint. Again, so small I couldn't even photograph it and when you're looking at the phone lit up it's not even visible. So all in all this was a worthwhile purchase and I would recommend trusting in the Amazon refurbished and unlocked version
