I have had no problems with this phone so far. I was worried after reading some of the other reviews but I’ve had no camera issues, the phone is in really good condition. I got it set up with a service provider easily and have been using it for around 2 weeks. I did clean it when I got it because there was buildup around the back cameras but nothing big. Only thing, which I also noticed in other reviews, is that the maximum battery capacity is 87%. I don’t really mind it though because it more than lasts me through the day, but I don’t get on my phone a ton either, I steadily listen to Spotify throughout the day though. Overall good phone and worth the money. I’ll update if I encounter any future issues! ... show more

The phone I bought turned out to be very bad and I suffered a loss. And I was really victimized. The phone heats up very quickly and the phone's battery drains very quickly. Battery drains extremely fast. I always keep my phone on battery, on charge, I made a loss and was defrauded.

I've never ordered anything refurbished before and so this was a small leap of faith. I'm happy with my choice. Phone was clean, no scratches and functions like any phone. The aspects that are different : there is a tiny spot on the edge of the screen that is always dark. It's so small that it took me a week to notice it..it's about the size of a single poppy seed. It doesn’t affect phone use but maybe some people would dislike that little spot. Also the battery is at 89% of what it was when new. For the big drop in cost relative to a new phone, these aspects are fine with me. The phone is clear, fast and takes great photos..no scratches on lenses. ... show more

I realized that this is one of the best phones right now with many of the same features as the 15 pro aside from the Dynamic Island being the main one. As i do not have a plan that allows me to upgrade and needed to pay cash to upgrade, this was the one for me and it came in near perfect condition with 88% battery. I received this refurbished phone from Electronic Deals and unfortunately it came with a ton of dust trapped in the camera lenses, which causes the auto focus feature to malfunction- when using the front camera, the phone would vibrate and make a loud humming noise. The dust was visible in the photos, even more so using the optical zoom. The humming made video unusable. The rest of the phone functionality looked fine, but this is not what I would call in excellent condition, "Like New." Returned. ... show more
