I’m writing this review a bit late as i got the phone around the time 17 of February after purchasing on the 7th. Initially I was scared reading the mixed reviews everyone was getting, my parents previously had bad experiences with buying electronics on amazon and not being able to return them. I also live a caribbean country so returning this would have been so much more costly than to keep it if anything was wrong with it. I even contacted the seller to let them know my concern (to which they answered, God bless electronics deals❤️) Buttt! the phone came in amazing quality! the battery health is at 100% as shown in the picture, the touch responsiveness is about as smooth as a new iphone and the exterior of the phone is in good condition. a few scratches on stainless steel sides of the phone but nothing too serious, also 2 scratches on the screen but barely noticeable from 12ft away or using a screen protector, it doesn’t affect the screen quality so everything’s fine there. The camera works beautifully no faulty there, the speaker, silencer button everything working great! I’m even writing this review using the phone right now🥰 The phone however, came in a white small phone looking like box, covered in bubble wrap. Not sure if i was lucky or if they do this to all the phones but, mine came with a case and screen protector already on! I later swapped them out for a different phone case and privacy screen protector. The charger however was 3rd party (lighting cable to type A) luckily i bought a new one prior and one of my friends gave me an authentic apple charger (the phone now charges to 100% within 45 mins) To sum it up, I definitely recommend! the worst case is that your battery health is below 90% or you can be lucky to get 100% battery health like me! either way you be saving a ton of money (an iphone 13 pro usually goes for about 1500-1650 EC in my country however, i bought this phone at the time for 950 EC, definitely a steal.) thank you so much electronic deals, super happy. I ordered this phone and have been using it daily for five months now. It is perfect! The battery life is as expected, that is it lasts throughout the day on one charge. Also, the phone condition is excellent. No signs of use, that I can see. I just put my personal SD card in and had the phone transfer info from my old iphone 8. Very easy to use. This phone has worked flawlessly since. (I hope I didn't just jinx it, LOL) The phone seems new to me, so I think this is a great value for my money. Also, I brought it in to my local phone repair shot to have a screen protector installed and the representative there told me there was already a really nice one on it. That was a nice surprise. After much research, I decided to choose Amazon's refurbished program over Apple, Best Buy, or Walmart. I've had much success with Walmart's refurbished products, but selected this phone based on the fact it was the highest level for Amazon - "Refurbished Excellent". I should've returned it as soon as I opened it, and found the back cover was not original. The phone did check out as actual Apple iPhone, so I bought the highest quality case - an Otterbox (commuter series) - and started using it. I don't even know how I got the first two cracks on the screen (chose iPhone over other brands because the screen is supposedly so much sturdier), but the final blow followed shortly. The shattered spot happened when it fell out from under my arm, landing on the side of the case. I went to the local Batteries Plus to ask a price for screen replacement; the employee took the protective case off to take a look, and we discovered the rear phone cover was shattered! Fast forward about a month, now the battery is failing. One minute it will show 90%, then all of a sudden it shuts down, restarts, and shows 10%. My phone is essential for so many reasons - work, communication with aged parents on-call emergencies, and so much more. Amazon should be ashamed of calling a product "Refurbished Excellent", when it falls apart after only a few months of use! Over $400, and now it will take more than that to repair! Needed more storage on iPhone so I went from a 64gb 12 to a 256gb iPhone 13 Pro. I was almost gonna buy the 14 pro. But I have seen reviews that the 13 Pro was almost the same thing. On arrival the phone does have scratches on the front screen no worries on that I can replace the screen in due time. The sides and back no damage at all. A bit pricey for the age it has but well worth it. The only thing I will change out soon is the battery. Even though it says 100% battery health. It’s an aftermarket battery and the iPhone’s parts and service won’t let me dismiss/fix the alert that it’s not the original battery. I managed to get the phone service somehow (e-sim) I thought I could use a physical SIM card on it but I couldn’t. I will go to Verizon and ask them if I can put a physical SIM card. Good quality on the phone. Has a good feel and grip. Compatibility is perfect. No complaints with my purchase at all. Maybe others might not have the same luck but you have to take a chance a bit. ... show more

Bought on December 15, 2025 and it’s currently 5/7/2026. Phone has worked out great but the only issue is that the camera loses focus easily. Quality is fine but if I zoom in even a little or get slightly closer to whatever I’m taking a picture from (even if I’m many feet away), the camera automatically blurs as if I’m too close. This was the first phone I ever bought with my own money at 19, so it means a lot to me. I was looking for something affordable that still performed really well, and I’m so happy with this purchase. The battery lasts a long time, the storage is enough for all my photos and apps, and the camera takes amazing pictures. I use it every day and it still runs smoothly.
