I purchased the phone in “good” condition to replace my damaged 2020 SE (camera was broken so I don’t have any pictures to share) and I am very happy with the result. Key points: Battery health = 100%!!! This was surprising. Cosmetic damage = paint chipped off on top right edge/corner and around back camera circles, small dent from prior drop on right edge, screen and back do have small scratches but this aligns with the qualifications for a “good” condition phone. If you’re looking for less damage I would order “excellent”. My case hides the damage. Functionality = so far everything works great and the data and SIM transfer (I purchased unlocked) were perfect. Shipping = shipped via USPS and arrived a day earlier than expected, fully intact and in a box with bubble wrap. Accessories = included a lightning to USB charger and outlet block, non Apple brand. Overall would recommend to all my friends who want an iPhone but not for the price tag and purchase again myself in the future. ... show more

Although this product did come when its supposed to and I am pretty happy with it, I did notice a few paint scratches, which I'd expect from a reused phone. However, I was really disappointed to see the battery life. While others were fortunate, it was the opposite for me. The battery life on my phone is 85% and the phone itself charges really slow, for me at least. The phone itself is in good condition and works smoothly, it's just the battery life that really disappointed me as I wanted something near the mid 90's because I want a phone I can use daily without having to charge every two hours and I'd expect a phone to charge much faster, but this phone took almost an hour to charge at least 15%!!! ... show more

Updating my review upon further investigation I found out the phone came with a glass protector already, which is really cool although I didn’t know that to begin with, and I put another screen protector over the screen protector, making the screen work 80% of the time once I found out, there was already a screen protector to begin with the phone was amazing, amazing color I love this phone came in excellent condition. The iPhone 13 is an amazing phone. It's camera is really good and it takes great pics. It's A15 bionic chip is crazy fast. For testing me and friends took an iPhone 12 Pro against the iPhone 13 standard. Loading up Call Of Duty on the same carrier the iPhone 12 Pro beat the 13 by roughly 2 seconds. Keep in mind the iPhone 13 was in standard configuration so it had 4GB of RAM and the iPhone 12 was a Pro so it had 6GB of RAM. Despite the 50% RAM increase that the 12 had over the 13 it was still a close call and for some of the loading sequences the 13 had the lead. The iPhone arrived in a somewhat dirty condition but was easy to clean. The only problem I had with this order (Not Apple's iPhone 13) was a small scratch about 4mm in length. It might not have been a big deal but it was deep enough to create a vivid rainbow distortion along the scratch when the screen displayed brighter pages (Note: I got "Good" vs. "Excellent" condition and therefore that must have played a part is this distortion but was not within the quality parameters set by "Good" condition).
