This phone came overheating and causing problems out the box after a day of use. I ended up retuning it for another device with another seller. The battery was dying fast first day and it came with some dents on the side, not a good look. Also the functionality overall was decent, but the keyboard had a slight “ghost touch” to it. When I would try to type it would type something completely different. But the phone connected with my sim so it is unlocked. But when I was returning it, customer service charged a restocking fee. So keep this in mind, because they will take $100 to restock this product. They said I took a while to turn it in, but Amazon gave me the return date and I returned before that of course. So I’m not sure why Amazon return date is different from there’s, and the customer service reps where a a bit not polite. But hey everyone has a bad day. If you want a cute iPhone 13 pink, I’ll personally wouldn’t recommend this seller, or if you should purchase the “excellent” because when I choose good, it was more like “decent” or “fair”. But I got basically the same phone from another seller, and it was way better refurbished than this one for a lesser price. So keep looking if you can! Or if you return it, return it fast within 5 days they will try to charge a fee. ... show more

I loved this phone so much i was needing an upgrade really bad because i do youtube and at that other stuff and it looks brand new i’m so happy i got it in pink although it looks white but it’s probably because if my lighting but over all i love the phone i cant wait to test it out ... show more

I received my iPhone fast but when I open it there wasn’t sim pin in the box to insert my SIM card also there’s a scratch on the front screen next to the front camera. was a bit disappointed but I’m willing to look past that everything is working fine no major issues but I love my iPhone(Pink) 🥰

I just bought it cause it’s time to upgrade from my iPhone 7 which I still use also cause it’s bigger than this one.love the shape and design of this phone though but the light pink not so much as the rose gold from iPhone 7 has the best color ever!!
