Came to DC from Fiji for work and thought to buy an affordable IPhone and after hours of searching Amazon came across this seller. Had a lot of good reviews with pictures which convinced me to give it a go for $294 USD or FJD $662 and opted for the Amazon Renewed Excellent option. Phone was in a near perfect condition no visible scratches at all on the back or screen itself, battery max capacity 84%. Perfect buy for me as the same condition back him would cost over $1200. This was to replace a iPhone SE I’ve had for 3 years now. I wanted a bigger screen and more memory capacity. So I chose the 13 with 128 gb of capacity double the 64 gb my old I phone se has! The processor seems to be much faster than my old SE. the phone arrived with zero noticeable blemishes and 86% battery life. The battery does seem to last longer because I forgot To charge it overnight and I still had 70% battery life the next morning. My old SE would die overnight if I forgot to recharge it. This is the 3rd phone I’ve bought unlocked from Amazon and for the most part I am pleased! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I want to see how long it lasts before I start to have issues? I bought my wife an unlocked iPhone 11 3 years ago and after about a year it started acting funny. Do we will see if this phone does the same? I offered to buy my wife another 13 like this one but she wanted my old SE do I reset it to factory settings and I will be giving it to her for now. Maybe she would like a 14 instead??

It pretty much feels and works exactly like an iPhone — quality is on point, looks great (mine’s in pink), with zero issues so far. Battery health came at 82%, but I’ll opt to get it replaced. The phone feels nice in hand, and everything functions how you'd expect it to on an Apple device. If anything unwanted happens then I’ll update this, but so far it's going well. I'd suggest buying from the seller Amazon.com for more authentic expectations and results when buying a product like this. Other stuff: I had to wipe it down quite a bit because of some dirt, but its fine after that - and isn't damaged (or scratched) at all. The screen doesn't seem sensitive to scratches. All of Apple's iPhone features work with; I'm able to connect with my devices easily. It fully supports the use of other utilities like eSim, Bluetooth, Airdrop, Apple Pay, etc. It comes with a fully functional charger (standard length & cord only) in a minuscule box, but it's all that's needed if you just want a phone - the cord is a plus. Overall - Better than expected, needing to replace the battery is a downside but it's relatively cheap and not that serious. (10/10)

Compré este iPhone 13 reacondicionado con la expectativa de recibir un equipo funcional y en buen estado, y en términos generales, el teléfono llegó sin rayones, limpio y estéticamente impecable. Funciona correctamente, la batería marca 100% de salud, y no he tenido fallos de rendimiento hasta ahora. Sin embargo, al revisar el sistema, me encontré con que la batería y la pantalla aparecen como “piezas desconocidas”, lo que indica que fueron reemplazadas por partes que no están certificadas por Apple. Esto no se mencionaba en la descripción del producto, y considero que es un detalle importante que debió ser informado con transparencia antes de la compra. Entiendo que al ser un producto reacondicionado puede tener piezas nuevas, pero esperaba al menos saberlo de antemano. Eso afecta la percepción de confianza sobre la calidad de la reparación y el valor del producto. En resumen: • Lo bueno: Estética impecable, buen funcionamiento, sin daños visibles. • Lo negativo: Piezas no originales no informadas, lo cual puede afectar la durabilidad y cobertura de garantía. Recomiendo el producto solo si el comprador está al tanto de estos detalles y no le molestan las piezas no originales. En mi caso, me quedó una sensación agridulce.

This was an upgrade for my old iPhone XS Max. Phone itself is a bit smaller, but otherwise functionality is about the same. Plenty of space for everything I’ll need. As for the condition of the refurbished one I purchased it was in great shape. Battery life is at 91% maximum. There were a couple minor scratches on the buttons, but those will be covered by a case anyway. Really satisfied with my purchase and at least I didn’t have to spend $1000 on a new phone.

I am very satisfied with the phone. It came with small details, but they are really not even noticeable and even less with a cover/case. What worried me was the battery life, but it is at 100% so I am very happy and in addition to that it came with a screen protector. I went from an XR to this one and I don't regret it; for the price it's great! I recommend it.

Got an unlocked Amazon Renewed Blue color iPhone 13 (sold & shipped by Amazon) to replace my old iPhone 7Plus. It looks almost brand new, and I had no problem transferring data into it. The only downside is that the battery health is 85% but that was somewhat expected for a renewed phone (I would give it 5 stars if the battery health is 90% or more). With all the newer advanced technology in an iPhone 13, it should be good for me for many years to come!
