I thought this would be a 5/5 and even wrote a glowing review upon unboxing it and seeing the battery life. The problem is, that it randomly glitches and goes unresponsive. Get's "stuck". Usually in the camera or video setting. Just today it screen went black while using the Marco Polo app. Honestly I wish I'd just went with a new phone. Cosmetically it looks beautiful, but the function is lacking. For a "premium" renewal, I shouldn't have technical issues already, I've only had the phone a couple weeks. I paid over $400 for an iPhone 13.... I could have spent a couple hundred more for a new phone, and I should have. The phone works good and the camera quality is good. Though I have to say there are minor scratches on the bottom of the screen and the camera lens was fixed weird and there was product residue on the sides.
