Lots of mixed reviews made me initially quite hesitant to make this purchase. But I went with Renewed Premium sold and shipped by Amazonâthe device arrived in mint condition, unlocked, battery life >90%, and in Amazonâs Renewed Premium packaging which provided protection during shipping. The device also came with an original Apple charging cable in mint condition and a block adapter (not Apple) which both functioned as intended. I had no issues whatsoever. I did a significant amount of research into other options for used iPhone purchases, and I decided this was the best deal because of Amazonâs generous return policy (in the event the device had issues/damage, arrived locked to a carrier, etc) and warranty for Renewed Premium devices. My recommendation is to preferentially purchase a Renewed Premium device direct from Amazon, or if itâs another seller, then be sure to check out their reviews, policies, and info by clicking on the sellerâs name. Screen quality was flawless. Zero overheating. Durable enough device, but, as with all iPhones, it is best protected in a reasonably sturdy case with drop protection and a screen protector + camera lens protector. Worth the money when you consider device repair if it is dropped/broken. Appearance is good and the Midnight color is an attractive color. Touch sensitivity was same/similar to a new device.

Although my iPhone 6S Plus still works just as well as when I first bought it, it cannot connect to Airtag 2nd generation in the Find My app, so I wanted to get an updated iPhone to use modern Airtags (2nd gen), the Find My app, and the Apple Podcasts app, which has a fantasic auto-generated transcripts feature. I originally got a Renewed/Refurbished iPhone 12, but the battery life was disappointing when compared to iPhone 6S Plus. I paid a few bucks more and upgraded to the iPhone 13 Renewed Premium. It was really worth it! A renewed premium/refurbished iPhone 13 has everything you need for a modern smartphone in 2026: 1. One-year warranty/return period with Amazon. It came with a checklist and a list of all the refurbished/replacements done to the device in the Service History in the About screen on the iPhone. I got 100% battery life since the battery and logic board were replaced. 2. It can run iOS 26, which has a lot of cool, quality-of-life features compared to my iPhone 6S Plus: MagSafe wireless charging, StandBy mode to turn it into a desk calendar/clock screen when horizontal and charging with MagSafe, Category grouping in Mail, Face ID unlock is quick and easy to set up and is blazing fast unlocking the iPhone. 3. The 6.1-inch screen and power button did have hairline scratches, but they disappear with a screen protector and a case, so I don't mind. The display still looks great for 60 Hz! I do not play games on my smartphones, so I don't care about it. The only negatives: 1. iPhone 13 is heavier and thicker than the iPhone 12. 2. I don't think the camera focus of either back lens is as sharp as the iPhone 6S Plus. It takes a long time to focus, especially for close-up shots, and boke is not reliable. I am hoping to keep it for another 5 years, as I trust the quality of Apple and its refurbishment partners.

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it wonât stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. Thatâs not even the worst partâŠyeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It wonât ring, wonât make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I donât use Bluetooth earbuds people canât hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon RenewedâŠso my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasnât working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a handâŠI was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. Iâd be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that Iâll get a partial refund and keep itâŠthen when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what Iâm sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this âuuuuggghhhhh!!â (Sure you know what that says) doesnât even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because thatâs about how much of a working IPhone. If I could give this item more than 5 stars I would! Without any hesitation. I got this phone and couldnât be more pleased with it. My old phone ended up taking an unplanned dip in the pool and the screen started malfunctioning. I ended up having to get a whole new phone last minute and on an emergency basis. For one. I ordered it and it came within 3 hours. YES WITHIN THREE HOURS! I was amazed at how fast it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival it did arrive in a regular white box wrapped and with a sticker of some sort on the screen. I peeled the sticker back and inspected the screen and found NO scratches no dings. Nothing!!! I then inspected the rest of the phone and same. Itâs as perfect as could be. Brand new. I then tried turning it on. Unfortunately the phone was dead. I started getting a little scared. Was it too good to be true. I plugged it in and in moments it powered on. I checked the battery health. And lo and behold. 100% đ€Ż. I was in shock!! Iâve had it for a few days now and everything is great! I could t be more happy. For reference I got it in excellent condition. In midnight.

My renewed phone was from seller WirelessSource. It was rated Excellent when I bought it. The phone is in better than average condition, clean screen, a few chips in the finish around the corners, and a few nicks in the camera lens rims. Function was perfect and setup was easy if you've been down the upgrade road before. After setup I noticed that the battery health rating was 79%. According to the company's own specs the battery capacity for this level of renewed product should exceed 80%. I contacted WirelessSource through the Amazon relay, to their credit they responded immediately requesting the IMEI, serial and a screenshot. They offered the option of a full return or a 5% partial refund off the cost of the phone as remediation. I would have liked to exchange it but they would not advance ship a replacement and I had already set up the phone so I opted for the partial refund. Hope the battery isn't a problem in the next few years as the 5% wouldn't cover the cost of a battery replacment. On the plus side the customer service was quick, and they also included a tempered glass screen protector on the screen (which I discovered after buying one!). Not sure if this is a standard feature or leftover from the prior owner but if it was intentional it was a nice touch. My 4 stars is because of the battery issue. Had it exceeded 80% as received I would have given it 5.

I ordered the phone in great condition and it exceeded my expectations, screen came clean with no scratches, the only downside is that it came with a little dent on the bottom part near the corner but aside from that the phone came in excellent condition, battery life came at 84% and in 4 months since the purchase it is still at 84%, would have prefer a little more than 84% but for the price I canât complain.

So far, so good! Upgraded my almost 13 year old from an iPhone 6 to the iPhone 13. The phone arrived as advertised. Premium - Renewed. Literally looks and functions as if brand new. Battery health was/is at 100%. Everything functions as it should. I chose the unlocked version and was able to slip our Mint mobile sim card in and it worked seamlessly. **I wasnât crazy about the packaging. I think everything could have been more securely packaged. You could literally hear the phone and accessories sliding all around in the box before I even opened the bubble mailer envelope. The phone also came pre set up and was just waiting for the new Apple ID to be signed in. This made me a little weary, so I did do a factory reset. For the price and condition though this was a great purchase! I would purchase from Amazon/the seller again in the future.

I recently ordered an iPhone 13 for my son to use for school. I was a little hesitant about ordering a refurbished phone from Amazon, but the price was too good to pass up. It arrived quickly as promised, and so far, Iâm mostly pleased with the purchase. However, buyers should be aware that these phones may not truly be in âexcellentâ condition. They appear to be rebuilt or refurbished using a combination of used and newer replacement parts. Upon inspecting the phone, I noticed visible blemishes on the back glass as well as several chips along the casing. The phone itself seems to work well so far, and considering the price, Iâm still satisfied overall. However, describing the cosmetic condition as âexcellentâ feels misleading. I would consider the phone I received to be closer to âgoodâ condition. If cosmetic appearance is important to you, Iâd keep that in mind before purchasing.
