This is a great phone. I upgraded from a xr to this. It’s not any different that I can tell besides moving a bit faster. I will say (idk if it’s just the phone I received or if it’s a common issue with this model) sometimes the volume buttons will get stuck. I’ll press up or down once or twice and it’ll go all the way up or all the way down. But this is a sturdy phone. I’m very clumsy and I’ve dropped it so many times and I don’t have any cracks, scratches, or anything. I have a thin case so I expected it but it’s still looking brand new. Do not buy used phones! Learned my lesson here. This phone has been a nightmare since day one. The sound button broke off the phone, cost 200 to fix. The sound has never been good. The screen locked up often. The last update on 6/13 locked it up permanently. We just bought a new phone. Worst decision ever! ... show more

the phone came in the next day, which is great. it was very clean with 91% battery life, can’t complain. ordered case and screen protector with it. did notice a very small crack on one of the cameras, but it still works amazing. overall, it was definitely worth it.
