Great phone to buy outright. Don’t have monthly payments to worry about and I can choose what service I want. The touchscreen was a little sensitive at first. The face recognition is useful for not having to remember passwords. The battery doesn’t last long if you’re a power user so I would opt for the bigger ones next time. i've never ever written a review on amazon everr before, but i had to leave one for this. my 11 broke on me a few days ago, and i needed a new phone for cheap ASAP. there were a few bad reviews on this that made me a little bit skeptical.. but once i got the phone i fell in love! i ordered the 12 mini in green and it came in perfect condition, literally sparkling when i opened the box. the screen was clean and perfect, and i saw no physical issue at all. the box came in with a lighting cable (along with the phone) which was sweet. i was also worried about battery life/health and prayed that it would be above 80% at least. so when i checked and it was at 82% i was relieved. not the absolute best, but i'm not complaining because of the awesome price. if you're thinking of buying, i say go for it!! the 12 mini is so cute and pretty stable/sturdy in my opinion (i played roblox on it already). i'll be buying phones (if necessary) on amazon renewed from now on as well :)) ... show more

This was the 1st of 2 iPhone 12 mini ordered via Amazon Renewed Program (premium) from Amazon’s third party vendor. Not knowing what to expect at first since prior iPhone purchases have always been brand new. I think the result was much better than expected as the iPhone 12mini looked effectively new without any visible blemishes; the accessories while not OEM, were just fine. The battery life was 93%; everything on the iPhone worked as good as new. I would rate this as a very good value purchase. It seems like I’ll need to combine my reviews for the 2 orders of iPhone 12, even though the phones were purchased at separate times. The 2nd iPhone mini 12, also through Amazon Renewed (Premium) 3rd party vendor. The quality of the phone was in excellent condition, no physical blemishes, battery life even better than the first, at 98%.; the accessories were not OEM, but were just fine; everything on the iPhone functioned properly as if it was new. If there was something to point out it, I think it’s commonly understood that since the mini versions are smaller phones, they’ll natural sport a smaller battery, hence a bit more frequent charging, but still it’s not a deal breaker esp for those who prefers a smaller size phone. Furthermore, w many portable chargers out there it easily counters any possible inconveniences. Amazon renewed program have other conditions (excellent, good, acceptable). Since I have not made purchases on these categories I won’t be able to accurately review or comment on them. ... show more

Everything work fine for the first week and the phone looks new but suddenly it shut off. Now it's in a reboot loop and cannot be reset without taking it to apple. I think somethings wrong with the battery they use. I wouldn't recommend buying this.
