I’m honestly puzzled by some of the negative reviews I’ve seen. Many seem to expect this sleeve to function as a case, then complain they can’t use the phone or answer calls while it’s inside. That’s not what this product is designed for. This is a sleeve—its main purpose is to protect your iPhone when carrying it, just like any leather or neoprene pouch. Naturally, you remove the phone to use it or to take calls. For that function, it performs flawlessly. What sets Apple’s version apart is the thoughtful design: A sleek, minimalist style that feels premium An internal pocket for a credit card A clear window to check the clock A speaker slot so alarms and notifications come through clearly It combines full protection with unique, practical features you won’t find in a standard pouch. This pouch concept was very appealing to me, since it protects the entire phone all around. Also, once out of the pouch you get to hold your device in its “virgin” form - “naked” and sexy as it was intended to be used. The quality of the leather is great! However, a few things that didn’t work for me: call window in the pouch - lack of functionality. You can’t accept or reject a call using the pouch window. Instead, you have to get the phone out of the pouch and accept an incoming call. Annoying. So, that ear speaker opening in the pouch is also worthless since you can’t talk on the phone with the phone being in the pouch - this feature is not available or wasn’t even designed for with this pouch. That’s very annoying. While all of that was still not a deal breaker, the mag safe WAS. I could not use my Apple wallet with this pouch since the magnets in the pouch are VERY weak. The wallet would not stay on the pouch and after a little shake it would fall off. I would keep this product if those two issues were addressed.

I regret buying it even though it is just ten bucks. There is just no use case for this thing. Sure it is sturdy but you could just get a case with straps.

This sleeve works well overall, and it looks good. I have always been a fan of sleeves for phones rather than cases. I tend to use a case when the phone is brand new and after about 6 months, I switch to a sleeve which betters shows off the phone, that is if it is as pretty as the iPhone 12 Pro. I was sent a bigger sleeve than the one for my phone so I returned it, and decided to wait a few months to buy the correct one as my phone is still brand new.

I have to say the quality is good. And I really want to use it even I cannot answer the phone with the sleeve. But I think I need to use my phone very convenient instead of more hassle.
