EDIT: Our daughter was given the phone a few days ago and it has been working great! There is one spot on the right side of the screen that is lighter than anywhere else. The only thing I can think of that would be causing it is something underneath is pressing up against the back side of a recently replaced screen. It's there regardless of what is showing on the screen. All colors and any image and you can still see a small white area that never gets color and then fades into the normal looking screen. It's so small, it's almost unnoticeable. I only put it in the review in case it is indeed something behind the screen and eventually causes issues. Currently, I am happy with the phone. Our daughter loves it and it appears to function perfectly! Original Review: So far the phone is great! There doesn't appear to be any cosmetic issues at all. The phone turned on, loaded up and accepted my daughter's account login. Battery health is perfect, storage capacity is correct for my order. We won't actually be giving it to our daughter till her birthday in a couple weeks but preliminary inspection went well. Will update the review once we start actually using it but I am happy with the phone so far IMPORTANT INFO FOR CUSTOMERS: This review is specific to the seller that was assigned to me and DOES NOT represent the product you will be buying. I didn't want a new phone and I definitely didn't want to pay so I went to the refurbishing option. I did extensive research in the reviews and can honestly say the purple iPhone 11 was the best choice. I have had this for 2 years and its still going strong. It updates like the standard iPhones and is a great way to recycle the materials we already use. The battery capacity has gone down in increments but it still works and I splurged on the storage. I highly recommend it as a temporary and permanent phone. I got exactly what I was looking for but I advise everyone who is interested in refurbished items to DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Love this phone, it worked right out of the box with no issues. Doesn't work as well bc of IOS 26, but thats not the sellers fault so Im keeping 5 stars. Still using it today, and have been for about a year and a half Update The charging port is messed up so now I have to wireless charge it and I can’t use plug-in earbuds. For a while it would charge at a certain angle but now it’s cooked. This is after a year of moderate use, and since it’s used it’s not entirely unexpected, I just wished it could have gone another year or so, plus it started having serious issues with IOS 26 (maps not working, very slow when in low power mode, ca get very hot on occasion, etc.), not the seller’s fault obv. just thought I should mention it

I’ve been using the iPhone 11 for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. The phone is still very fast for everyday apps like Instagram, TikTok, and messaging. The battery easily lasts a full day with normal use. The camera quality is also really good, especially for outdoor photos. Night mode works well and the videos come out very clear. The screen is not OLED like newer iPhones, but it’s still bright and comfortable to use. The phone feels solid and the size is perfect in hand. Overall, the iPhone 11 is still a great option if you want a reliable iPhone at a more affordable price. I would definitely recommend it.

I waited a few weeks before rating this phone. A "renewed" anything is a throw of the dice. That being said, this phone is AWESOME. Battery life is great, and transferring data was a breeze. It works seamlessly with my smart watch.

The seller said it was refurbished (excellent) meaning it should not have deep scratches. This one did have 3 major scratches and a dent at the bottom but it still worked perfectly. My seller offered me a nice solution and I appreciate them for that. I would advise however to try to triple check all work before shipping to make sure it meets expectation otherwise the customer will be mad and consider it false advertising.
