January 2025: I had a iPhone 11 once before but in purple and I loved that phone. This was my first phone I’ve ever bought off Amazon and I was a bit skeptical and nervous. I was afraid that my phone would be cracked or the battery health would be low but everything was great. No scratches or cracks, battery health came at 90%, camera quality is good too. Only thing that I don’t like are that the buttons are a bit hard to push sometimes but it’s not the worst thing. When I pulled it out of the box and unwrapped it, even my parents had told me they’re thinking about getting one too. Overall, great purchase. August 22, 2025: I’m not sure what is going on with my phone but every now and then it’ll start wigging out. Sometimes I’ll be typing like normal then all of a sudden there is letters where I didn’t want letters. Another thing that is happening is my sound doesn’t seem to work sometimes and videos or music that I play won’t work until I restart my phone. I have an iPad too (iPad Air 4th gen) and none of this happens on it so it can’t be the iOS system itself cause everything is up to date. Still works overall but it’s just annoying to deal with when you are trying to respond to someone or on break at work scrolling through videos.

I was really nervous to purchase this, especially after reading other people's reviews. The phone I received has a battery maximum capacity of 78%, not 80% or above as promised. Physically it is in great condition, no scratches to the screen or body. Call quality is fine, camera is fine, speaker is fine, so giving it 3 stars instead of a 2 for that, but super disappointed about the battery health. Only buy if you're willing to settle or pay for your battery to be replaced.
