I had to return this phone because it didn’t work properly. When answering a call, I couldn’t hear the person calling. I even took the phone to an authorized AT&T store and they couldn’t fix the problem. I was very disappointed because I really wanted this specific phone.

Came with battery health at 89% The phone works pretty well and the screen and body were indeed in excellent condition. However, the audio has proven to be a problem.
