Product is like new, battery lasts forever compared to my older iPhone 6, just already has some apps installed and I am having a hard time resetting the phone to factory so I can load everything from my old phone to this new one. I think this is done on purpose so Apple can make more money! Follow-up, never could get this phone to factory reset for transferring data from old phone, took to a phone specialist and they did everything possible to factory reset and now phone is locked in the apple logo and doesn't work. on day 96 out of my 90 day return window my son's phone began over heating, said it was losing battery life and then died. I took it to Batteries Plus and had a new battery put in.... that only lasted 1 day & died again - under their warranty they replaced it 2 more times and finally said it must be something wrong in the phone. I emailed ELOCTRONICITY USA to let them know what happened and asked if they have had this problem before? if they could help troubleshoot? or if they could exchange for one that was working properly since I was out of the return window. After 3 emails all they could tell me was they were sorry they couldn't help because I was out of the return window. I have been buying refurbished phones for my kids for over 8 years & never had this happen! If they were a true American company that cared about their customers, their products, their return business or their reputation - they could have at least had a tech call me to troubleshoot what the issue is. Phone works great...But calls & songs were muffled through the speakers...I cleaned them all myself using a hack from youtube and now it's working great...I just wish they had be cleaned before I received the phone...To me a refurbished phone should also be a clean phone...I didn't find this problem till the phone was all set up and I had made/received a phone call...Thankfully there was a simple fix and it wasn't more complicated...5 stars for the phone and 4 stars for having to do the work myself. ... show more

    • Mixed emotions!
Well, I started out giving my phone three stars because of some glitches. The questions Amazon asks about this certified refurbished iPhone 11 Pro don’t really apply. But being an iPhone gal I mostly love it. So I decided to go up to four stars. I went down a little in size from a 7 Plus, and the smaller size is better for me. But no real learning curve which also suits me since I have the patience of a puppy. Just a few issues though, including there being periods a week or two long sometimes when I cannot select text for copying and pasting etc. And the touch screen not registering my touch to open a link or complete a command. Sometimes I am unable to attach photos to a text from the Messages app; I have to go through the Photos app and select a photo and then write any text from there. And for over a week now my caps lock is nonexistent; if I want to yell at somebody I have to capitalize each letter separately. And you wouldn’t believe how annoying it is when you’re in the middle of shouting at somebody, and somewhere while you’re typing each capital letter at a time your righteous anger begins to drain away from the offender and is redirected at your phone because - yes - you have the patience of a puppy. Ok I don’t really yell at folks with my texts. But this is what I’m sayin’. Whoops, now I have to change the number of stars back down to 3 from a four. ... show more
