The phone operated as interested but the 90% minimum battery health was not what I experienced, unfortunately (and this is minimal) the phone that I got has 85% battery life left, but the listing promised a minimum of 90% so that is just a small things that kinda upset me about the phone, but other than that the phone has operated as I renewed for the past 2 days or so. ... show more

I like this phone and so far it has been working and the battery is lasting a while. I do not use it a lot but for its use it’s doing good. I bought this iPhone 12 to replace my iPhone 7. And I liked that it was premium refurbished by Amazon. However, even though it was in a case, the back cracked when I accidentally dropped it. I never heard that you could add an extra protection on the back because it was made of glass. When I purchased it, I also purchased the screen protector from Amazon because I knew it was good practice. This is the first time this happens to a cell phone I own since my first one in 2002.
