I ordered a renewed iPhone 12 in excellent condition and it came in excellent condition (either barely used or always in a case) and with 99% battery life. Set up was easy and the phone was reset. Shipping was within a few days. Would def order again! EDIT: I have readjusted my rating to 4 stars. While the phone originally worked, after about 24 hours the phone suddenly crashed and will not turn back on. This could be through no fault of the seller and could be the iPhone's hardware. During research it seems like it could be an issue with iPhone 12 and the newest iOS. Unfortunately, it will not hard reset or enter recovery mode. ... show more
