The phone came in very good and only has scratches on the back but who cares, not like you use it backwards. I see a lot of people complaining about scratches and minor stuff, it's a used refurbished phone, if you want it pristine and new then buy a new one, I bought the acceptable ones, and it's so good, I understand if people bought the Excellent condition and didn't get it so good but it's still used at the end of the day and you always have to expect these things when buying used things, which is why I went with the cheapest. ... show more

I will review it after having it for a week and then another one for a month now I checked everything speaker, camera volume screen, Apple iPod connections, and the start of everything was great. Order an acceptable condition device because i needed something functional right away but also not spending too much. Also made sure i look into the seller and not the first one it chooses. You get what you pay for device has scratch screen on the bottom part, dents on the side of the phone and a few scratch on the back but not noticable at all. Battery life is pretty good as well as the function of the device (had it for about 5 days) phone is still with their original parts so hasn't been replaced or fixed.
