This is my first time buying an iPhone, so I decided to go with Amazon Renew. I had heard mixed opinions about buying a renewed phone, but after 10 months of use, I feel it's the right time to share my experience. From the moment I received it, the phone was in perfect condition. The battery health was at an impressive 97 percent, the camera quality is top-tier, and the Face recognition, speaker and microphone worked flawlessly with no issues. However, over time, I noticed a slight decline in battery performance. Currently, the battery health stands at 76 percent, which is understandable with usage. Occasionally, it does heat up when I use it while charging, but it's expected. Despite this, the battery life it does seem to last as long as it used to, even though it's at 76 percent health. Overall, I have no regrets about purchasing this phone. It has exceeded my expectations, and I would rate it 5 stars.

I know from experience what the phones are like from Amazon. My son has purchased a few phones. And has always has a good experience. So I wasn’t unsure when I purchased this iphone. Works like a charm. I think there is one small scratch, which I do not care about. Especially that it’s covered by my case 24/7. But you wouldn’t notice it unless u really looked. Charges up pretty fast, also depends are how good your charger is. The camera quality is much better then the XR. I was happy about that. I normally only purchase Apple products with apple care. Because I like what they offer with it. But this time I decided to go without. So like if the screen breaks It will be like $250 or more because I don’t have that protection with apple. With apple your price would be more like $99. Keeping in mind if u don’t fix your broken screen it can lead to the phone not working at all. And then you will be stuck buying a whole new one. Bummer. I did recently have some wonky internet issues with my phone and it froze a few times. But nothing to cry about. Simply turning off and back on your phone can fix the problem. And making sure your phone is up to date on software. Will keep it in working order. A++ (I couldn’t take a photo of my phone because well I don’t have another phone lol). But will try to post one in the future if I can get one.

Okay, so you probably see a lot of stuff about this phone being good or bad. 50/50. Well, the delivery stuff was kind of complicated on my end but that's a personal problem. The phone came in good condition, no scratches. But, it was a bit dirty on the back which I did clean off. Came with a charger and sim ejector. Phone works perfectly, had a small issue with iMessage & FT connection but overall was able to solve the problem quickly. 10/10 investment but it might charge a lot of tax, shipping was free. This gets 4 stars cause of the dirtiness. My battery life was at an 85% and lasts pretty long regardless.

I had to upgrade from my iPhone 8 to use my iwatch which I need for work, and this was a cheap and great option. The phone looks, acts, and feels brand new. Everything functions as it needs to, the color is on point. Battery life is great. It also came with a tempered glass screen protector already installed which was surprising, I hadn’t even seen it at first. All my iPhones I get refurbished from Amazon because I use prepaid phone services, and they seem brand new each time, can’t even tell the difference. Great buy, very pleased. Literally I have nothing bad to say. Great value all around.
